Great hotel. Comfy sunloungers, comfy bed and good breakfast.

This hotel is pure bliss. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away, Casa Cook is perfect. The swim up rooms are glorious and the two main pools are great relaxing vibes with a bit of atmosphere. The food was delicious and varied every day. If you are looking for a party, go his wouldn’t be ideal as it is very quiet and couple focused but you can visit the sister hotel next door for evening entertainment and the beach is also close by.

Ich war bereits das dritte mal im Casa Cook und ich werde wieder kommen. Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage, auf der man sich wunderbar erholen kann. Die immer freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter machen den Aufenthalt zu was besonderen und sind maßgeblich der Grund für die besonders schöne Atmosphäre im Casa Cook Rhodos.

Super Aufenthalt - Adults only! Herrlich! Das Abendessen sind riesige Portionen und sehr lecker und frisch. Einzig ist es etwas windig abends durch den Berg - für uns aber okay 👍 absolute Ruhe!

This hotel is beautiful and the perfect relaxing break for couples. The hotel is well laid out and the staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. We didn’t get everyone’s name but Mia and the waiting staff were lovely to see and speak to everyday and made you feel very welcome. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would come again

Die Ansiedlung Kolymbia ist total unattraktiv, das Meer ist zu weit entfernt vom Hotel, der Strand ist nicht schön und ohne Infrastruktur. Das Hotel liegt herrlich ruhig am Ende der Ansiedlung an einem Berghang. Man benötigt einen Mietwagen, um schönere Gegenden der Insel zu sehen. Die Umgebung des Hotels lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Hotelanlage selbst ist wunderschön. Herrliche Botanik und alles sehr weitläufig, sehr stilvoll und gepflegt. Die Kulinarik ist ausgezeichnet, Staff extrem freundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert - TOP! In den Zimmern leider kaum Ablagefläche im sehr kleinen Badezimmer und nur zwei Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Sehr gute Schalldämmung im Zimmer. Für eine Woche zum Eingraben und Relaxen sehr zu empfehlen.

A really great alternative to the more typical “Resort” type hotels on Rhodes. It is in a quiet area with beautiful views of mountains. Short walk from a great swimming beach, and within east distance of some of the islands other top beaches. There is great on-site food, drinks as well as gym, yoga. Lots to di! We loved it!

Beautiful, quiet hotel with amazing staff and service

We went there for our honeymoon and we had the absolute best time there! Loved the mountain views, the pool right out our balcony, the design and beauty of the entire place, the service was amazing. Definitely recommend it!

Wunderschönes Resort

Amazing week in casa cook rhodes. Staff were excellent throughout my stay. We booked the executive suite however there was an issue on the first night when arriving so they put us in a twin room and as an apology gave us complimentary half board which was very kind. The food was excellent and very accommodating to dietary / religion requirements. Overall fantastic.

Our few days away at Casa Cook to relax and celebrate a special birthday were just perfect....the most luxurious and peaceful stay made even more incredible by the hotel staff who will do absolutely anything for you. Thank you - we will be back!

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schönes Hotel und ein toller Urlaub! Den Empfang waren wir persönlich aus anderen Hotels, gleicher Kategorie, anders gewöhnt. Es gab keine wirkliche Einführung in das Hotelsystem, lediglich ein Hinweis auf einen QR-Code. Das größte Problem war eine fehlende Kommunikation zwischen dem Hotel und den Gästen. Sei es bei den Abläufen des Restaurants, als auch allgemeine Aktivitäten. Tag für Tag hat man selber als Gast neue Dinge herausfinden müssen, da diese zuvor nicht erläutert wurden. Der Großteil des Personals in den Restaurants war sehr beschult und zuvorkommend, jedoch z.T. einige auch unfreundlich sowie gestresst, wodurch das Allgemeinbild wieder getrübt wurde. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit dem Zugang zum Swim-Up, bieten jedoch durch den minimalistischen Stil mit wenig Stauraum. Außerdem fehlt es im Badezimmer an einer Ablage für die Kulturtaschen. Unserer Meinung nach, sollte ein 5-Sterne-Hotel über Hygieneartikel (z.b. Wattepads, Q-Tips) auf dem Hotelzimmer verfügen. Zudem wäre eine Kaffeemaschine und/oder ein Wasserkocher zu erwarten. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, überzeugten aber nicht mit einem frischen Geruch. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war gut. Gläser wurden teilweise gar nicht ausgetauscht. Die Kissen des Bettes waren nicht angeordnet und die Dekorativen Accessoires wurden nicht angerichtet. In der Mini-Bar befand sich ein Obstteller, eine Flasche Weißwein und eine Flasche Wasser für den gesamten Urlaub.

Hotel was based in a lovely setting and the Mountain View was quite unique. The pool areas were fantastic and the spa treatments were some of the best we’ve had. It’s a good location for accessing Rhodes town and Lindos if you have a car. Breakfast was good but the rest of the food was very average. The overall finish of the hotel was just slightly off with a bit of a touch up on paint, lay out of the room like including a kettle or coffee machine or a mirror with good lighting for women
