Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Hotel Nevada

So I stayed here 2 times in the last week on the way to a destination, and on the way back. First night I was in a room on floor 3, it was outdated, poorly painted, had dirty carpet, and an uncomfortable bed. The second stay I was on floor 5, very nice and clean room with a comfortable bed. It was honestly like I had stayed at a completely different hotel.

A lot of construction in Ely. And the hotel is being renovated.

The room was smaller than it looked in pictures, but very clean.

Very well cared for. Warm and friendly.

Antique, well maintained, not too costly.

Always stay here , affordable and clean

Fun hotel with lots of history. This is our second time staying here when we are road tripping south. The staff is always helpful and the rooms are clean. They have few nice little touches that are pleasant surprises which really sets the tone for a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay. They are remodeling so some noise from that but the remodeled room we stayed in was amazing

The property was nice and easy to find. The employees were extremely rude and short spoken. We were told we had two free breakfast, but not told how to claim them. The next morning it was a big hassle between Denny’s and the hotel staff on how to get the breakfast paid for we end up having to pay full price because they told us we ordered the wrong meals. All staff between dennys and hotel Nevada were rude and refuse to work together. As we were leaving staff were pointing at us and talking about the issues.

Staff are helpful & courteous.

Great classic hotel.

The ladies at the front desk need an attitude adjustment. They obviously hate their jobs and do not desire to deal with customers in a pleasant or helpful manner. Kayla was the one exception, she was excellent in all respects.
