食事もお風呂もよかった！

This is a somewhat old hotel which hasn’t seen much renovation. Old style furniture, slight musty smell, etc. Location was not super convenient, and you definitely need a car. Meals were just ok, buffet style with good variety but nothing worth the price. All in all, it was an ok hotel, but for the price I paid I could have stayed somewhere much nicer.

少しだけ歴史を感じる造りですが、大変広いホテルです。利用者は多かったですが、混雑している雰囲気を感じる事なく過ごせるキャパシティでした。現地のグルメが朝夕とも楽しめる食事でした。子連れで行きました。喜多方ラーメンとソースカツ丼をの大変いました

小さな子どもを連れての宿泊には最適でした！ただ、0歳の子どもとのお風呂は少し大変さも感じました。ベビーバスなどがあればありがたいなと思いました。 フロントのスタッフの方の対応にやや不快に感じる点がありましたが、その他のスタッフのかたはとても親切でした。

内湯と露天風呂のお湯の循環システムが機能していない様に思われました。

キャンプ目的だったがクマが怖いので急遽宿泊。連休で賑わっていましたが、広さもあり快適に過ごせました。ラウンジで飲み放題タイムもあって喉が渇いていた時は最高。

温泉や朝食も良く、夜はバーが無料開放される等、満足度は高いと思います。

I have stayed at many places like this in Japan. The concept is this: innovative operator takes over aging property and invests in upgrading the three key touchpoints - reception/lounge area + dining area + public bath. The rest is maintained at a bare minimum. I don't come to a place like this wandering the halls and stairwells looking for stained carpet or cracks in the walls. I want to eat well, soak in the hot springs, and relax in stylish surroundings. This place delivers. The bath is big and well designed. The lounge is nice, and the complementary drinks and snacks are well appreciated. The dining / breakfast area excellent, and I was quite surprised with the breakfast buffet - far surpassed my expectations. I will return next time to do more trekking, so this will be where I stay.

Amazing buffet for dinner and breakfast. We hadn’t ordered the half board in advance, but paid for the dinner buffet on site and it was well worth it. One of the best buffets we’ve seen in Japan so far, and it included a great selection of alcoholic drinks!

오래되고 낡은시설. 온천은 좋음

施設は清潔で、食事も美味しく、バリエーションも多彩でした。

食事はどれも新鮮でおいしかったです。私は特にシュウマイがおいしかったです。スタッフは皆さんとても親切で気配りがすばらしかったです。

食事はメニューが豊富で良かった。

スタッフの方がとにかく一生懸命でした。混んでいる中、希望の席を探して下さったりテーブルのアルコール消毒も徹底されていて安心してお食事を頂けました。残念だったのが3泊したのですが朝夕食ともにメニューが一緒だったことです。目玉の一品だけでも違ったメニューだと良いのではないかと思います。

食事する所が施設の規模と合ってない。食事が予約制とか事前に知らなかったら、数十組待ちとなり、子供がお腹を空かせるはめになる。朝食も、ゲレンデまでのバスの時間があるのに、予約時間見誤ると、大急ぎで食べないといけない。それがストレス過ぎた

部屋が暖房入れてない

対応はとても丁寧でした。 お部屋の設備は、無駄なものはなかったが、飲み物やちょっとしたお菓子のサービスがほしかったです。 夜の食事代に飲み物も含まれていたので、満足です。

きれいに清掃されていでよかった

大型酒店，環境舒適，房間整潔，巴士直達，早餐豐富，晚餐略為遜色，但飲品免費，甚至包括酒類。室外露天溫泉一流，值得推薦。
