Everything was fine we like the hotel, the only I did not like was the room view.

Above the Mall , during year end it is very noisy

Dining room staff excellent. Reception area staff, not so much. Hotel fairly average with an excellent breakfast.

The room is too small and has no closet. The room space is too narrow to move around or place luggage especially for two people. Also, even though there are signs all over the hotel in the rooms and common areas regarding smoking, people still smoke marijuana in their rooms and by the pool. We reported this to the receptionist but still the entire floor where my wife and I were staying, smelled very very strongly of marijuana. Additionally, my daughter stayed in a separate room and one day she left her window open and when she went to her room, it smelled like marijuana because clearly the people in the room next door were smoking weed.

La atencion al cliente de las personas entrando, los cuartos super amplios y comfortable, tambien los murales en la paredes en cada piso hablando de la historia y cultura.

La atención de todo el personal es inmejorable. Desde el botones, las personas de recepción, meseros y de limpieza, todos absolutamente amables y comprometidos con lograr para el huésped la mejor estadía posible. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, bien dotadas y limpias. La comida es deliciosa. El desayuno es abundante y muy variado. El servicio a la habitación es rico, rápido y limpio. La piscina está bastante bien. Las zonas comunes son muy acogedoras. Podría mejorarse el gimnasio, que en todo caso es completo y funcional. Muy cómodo el servicio de parqueadero. Muy recomendado.

El hotel está muy bien, su comida es muy buena, el personal super atento y servicial. Está pegado al centro comercial

La amabilidad de la gente de Ghl, el hotel y la habitación muy bonitos, muy bien ubicados en Montería ! Me encantó
