Das Hotel in einem alten Gebäude im 4. Stock. Der Zustand des Zimmers war nicht gut. Die Wände waren dreckig. Probleme mit dem Warmwasser gab es auch. Die Bilder entsprechend nicht der Realität. Das schlimmste - die Lüftung. Jedesmal wenn wir von draussen rein kamen, stinkte das Zimmer nach Abwasserkanal. Die Lage war zwar sehr gut, jedoch war alles andere nicht brauchbar.

We had a wonderful time in our spacious room for our family at Floris! The young woman at the front desk went above and beyond to help us arrange our airport taxi, luggage storage and tourist bus for a very short stay with our kids on our last day in Rome. Fantastic location near the train also. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is one of the best in my life ( and I stopped in more that 150 hotels in my life) ! Location is great! Staff is very helpful and friendly; room and bathroom are comfortable with everything what travelers need and more ( like extra pillows, shower caps, good shampoo and soap). You could walk to most all tourist attractions if you like to walk ( 1-2 miles away) or you could use metro station that is around the corner. Love this place and will keep it on my short list for future trips to Rome.

Fiquei 4 noites hospedada no hotel. O banheiro não foi limpo em nenhum dos dias. A louça não foi lavada. O chão não foi varrido. A roupa de cama não foi trocada e um dia apesar de deixar as toalhas no chão do banheiro para troca ao voltar a noite me deparei com as mesmas do mesmo jeito. Na entrada do prédio fica o lixo e vc precisa passar pela área que tem um cheiro muito ruim pois o mesmo fica mal acondicionado. A noite não tem ninguém na recepção. Em caso de urgência fica um número disponível. Ainda bem que não precisamos acionar.

Não recomendo o hotel A recepção fica no 4 andar e na entrada do hotel, do lado de dentro, tem uma lixeira enorme que fede. Elevador muito ruim. Café da manhã mediano, mais para menos. A recepcionista Vitoria foi a única pessoa que nos atendeu muito bem.

Hotel Floris The staff was amazing and helpful, Front desk Filipio was amazing and he was very helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is okay, it has the necessities. But the entrance of the hotel is BAD! It was full of trash and smells terrible, the elevator was broken for 2 days and nobody bothered to fix it. Room is very good and the AC is amazing. We reserved a shuttle service to the airport at 3 AM and nobody showed up leaving us stranded in the middle of the night, the hotel never responded to the texts we sent them about this matter. Overall the hotel has its pros and cons.

The room was clean! The air conditioning was nice and cold and the breakfast buffet is huge!

Clean and convenient for 3 of us. Staff Islam and Victoria supper nice and helpful. Enjoyed the stay. Would stay if Rome again.

Quarto limpo, amplo, cama confortável. Dependências do hotel em si, muito boas. Café da manhã estava OK, simples, mas o suficiente. Elevador parou de funcionar no primeiro dia de viagem, mas no dia seguinte foi consertado. Muitos comentam do cheiro ruim ao entrar no prédio, pois as lixeiras ficam na entrada, no entanto isso não diz respeito ao hotel em si, que ocupa um dos andares do prédio.

Di passaggio a Roma, ho soggiornato presso l’hotel Floris perché posizionato strategicamente presso la stazione di Roma Termini. L’hotel è una piccola struttura situata al 4 piano di un edificio che ospita altri hotel e guesthouse. L’accoglienza è buona, il personale gentile, la struttura pulita e l’aria condizionata divina in questo periodo di calura estrema. I punti che mi sono piaciuti meno sono stati la dimensione di camera e letto (io avevo una camera singola) veramente il minimo indispensabile e l’ascensore, anche lui veramente piccolo. Le persone con valigie devono salire una alla volta o sottoporsi a una dieta ferrea. Per il resto tutto bene. Per finire segnalo che la posizione è ottima anche per la visita dei monumenti cittadini.

Rooms looked better in the pictures than in person. But still easy to find transportation and good enough dining options nearby.

Pasamos una buena estancia en Roma. El hotel está ubicado en un buen lugar para poder caminar a todos lados.

This hotel is in a shared building and is only on the 4th floor. Phillip was a great help and very knowledgeable. The elevator is not always available. Great location, the restaurant just outside the door is amazing, ask for Maximo.

Overall it was decent experience. One issue was when I called the number to ask for checkout when the front desk guy was not around, the guy who picked up was in a harsh tone said this is only for emergency and wasn’t helpful.

Hotel is on very good location, close to Trevi fountain and metro to Vatican. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. Building is old with small elevator. Pillows could be replaced with new ones.
