El area de la alberca muy bonita, no es climatizada, el jardín cuidado. El personal amable. El desayuno no lo tomé en el hotel

Hotel is very centrally located and has ample on-site parking. The grounds are beautiful. Our room was spacious but the antique furniture is a bit worn out. Beds are full size, so a bit smaller than we’d like, but ok for a few nights. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

We traveled from Texas and stayed at the Alameda Grand (formerly Andrea Alameda) for 3 nights. The main reason we chose this hotel was for sentimental reasons; my mother grew up in the neighborhood and it's full of memories. Our first 2 nights (Thursday and Friday) were great—comfy, large, suite-style room, huge bathroom, and an updated a/c and TV system. Unfortunately, our third night was a nightmare. There was a wedding party right outside our window and our room was literally shaking from the bass and loud sound, probably until midnight; I have a few videos of this. No one informed us about the upcoming event; if we had that information, we absolutely wouldn't have stayed that night. My 16-year-old daughter and I couldn't sleep properly, and we had to travel super early the next morning. I would like a reimbursement for the third night. It was literally impossible to sleep, and my recordings even include a guy on the microphone using profanity and cheering!

Hotel limpio, bonito, buen servicio. El buffete no tiene mucha variedad pero en general todo muy bien

Todos fueron muy amables, pero una confusión, porque recomendamos a otros clientes, la estancia con desayuno incluido y nos los hicieron válida. Luego nos dijeron que a nosotros tampoco nos aplicaba. En general bien, pero yo regresé. Picoteado todo el cuerpo al parecer de una araña. Entonces creo que la Limpieza sí tiene área de oportunidad.

Deben avisar bien que incluye el desayuno antes de servirte. No to todo va incluido en el desayuno incluido y te están mirando o controlando como que te estás sirviendo de mas
