Front desk receptionists were unavailable when needed, then gave my daughter dirty towels.

room was clean and price was decent for a weekend stay

nice and quiet, nice staff. near i-59 but was quiet at night

nice and quiet. clean and reasonable price, right near the interstate so that was another plus

reasonable price, friendly front desk clerk, quiet location. perfect for a one night stay. complete opposite of what other reviews i have seen about this place. definitely would come back again!

A non smoking room should not stink like cigarettes. Wall receptacle was completely loose and coming out of the wall making a dangerous situation. I have pictures if needed.

Okay for the price

Very noisy, train and traffic. Staff was rude Worst part was to wake up with German cockroaches crawling on me and the bed!!!!

The lady, michelle, at check in was super friendly and very sweet and helpful. Always had a smile and friendly nature while checking in. The rooms were very nice and clean and location was quiet and was able to get a good night's rest. Only thing the ice machine was not working but apparently a previous guest messed around with the ice machine which caused it to stop working but staff are already aware about it and trying to get it fixed. But overall was a decent motel and the price was decent for a one night stay Defintely would recommend to my friends and family

I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service industry, but this one is unethical and dangerous

I saw roaches in my room

Lobby is locked even in day time. Had to check in through a slot in the glass. Requested a Non smoking room at check in. Our Non smoking room smelled like an ash tray especially when we turned on the air conditioner. Needed extra towels but no one in the office. Mattress slept like a pile of rocks. I should have brought my air mattress and slept in the car and saved $80.

Rude employees

Only 2 lights in whole room worked. Then, we slept with those on because the cockroaches were unreal!

The lenting was horrible. The smell was horrible.

It was a good hotel but the beds were terrible needs better mattress

There were two of us staying in the room. We had 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, with no new rolls in the room. There was not a box of tissues. There were 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths. Some people would appreciate at least 4 of each of those. There were 4 plastic cups on the vanity and we were staying for three nights. The cups were never replaced as we used them, so we ran out quickly. The A/C worked, but made a huge racket every time it came on. It's hard to sleep under those conditions.

It's good place for a one night stay.
