Goed vriendlijke personeel

Otel gayet konforlu idi. çalışanlar çok ilgili ve odamız çok genişti. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Schönes Hotel und geräumige Zimmer. Nettes Personal - auch die eigene Küche ist zu empfehlen. Etwas weit entfernt vom „Zentrum“.

Overall, it was a nice hotel

Das Zimmer war schön sehr gutes Bett. Es wurde versucht die ganze Minibar auf meine Zimmer zu buchen . Es wurde auch eine Restaurant Rechnung auf mein Zimmer gebucht die nicht von mir war. Sehr unfreundliche Rezeption und ahnungslos.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway and had a wonderful time. The staff is very attentive, restaurant is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful, the hotel's atmosphere is very nice and it has a nice spa with pleasant amenities. While everything was quite good and we must not let the perfect be the enemy of the good, it should be pointed out that there were a few minuses, mostly arriving from a tiredness of the building that the attentive eye will catch. The location at the corner of two major roads and the resulting traffic noise as well as a very loud call to prayer in the morning were mildly disturbing. However, the positives more than make up for these minor issues, some of which are definitely not the hotel's fault. Given the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again.

Otel koridor halıları yenilenmeli Sigara içilmeyen odalarda sigara içiliyor. Bu sebeple perdelere sinmiş. Perdeler sararmıştı. Daha sık yıkanmalı. Odalarda Kettle var ama çay kahve yok. Şampuan saç ve cildi çok kuruttu. Daha kaliteli olabilir. Otel güzel, kahvaltı güzel, çalışanlar saygılı. Biraz yatırımla bir üst beğeni düzeyine hitap edebilir.

The Hotel was decent.. They missed a few service points as a requested Alarm was missed making us being late for our excursion.. :-(. When asked for a comp , request was refused..not a good service hospitality...

Çok temiz ve sağlık güvenliği önlemlerini gereken şekilde uygulayan bir otel. Personeli kibar ve güleryüzlü, dönüş seyahatimize ait özel bir problemimizi çözümlemekte çok yardımcı oldular ve ilgilendiler. Otel odalarının ve ortak alanların dekorasyonu güzel, oda ve banyo rahat ve kullanışlı.

29 ekimde ailecek konakladık genel anlamda çok güzel bir konaklamaydı, spa bölümü mükemmeldi.

TR de konakladığım en güzel otellerden birisi...Eşim ve kızımla beraber çok memnun kaldık.Hizmet Resepsiyondan ,check-out a kadar mükemmel. Odalar süper,temiz ve hazır. Tüm görevli arkadaşlar süper nazik,saygılı... Kahvaltı 10 numara... Teşeklürler... Bu sektörde böyle oteller olması süper...

Ailece iki gece kaldık personel çok kibar, otel çok temiz ve sessizdi, havuzu çok güzel çocuklar bayıldı, kahvaltısı güzeldi.Bizde yorumlara bakarak yolda karar verip seçtik ama ismi olan birçok otelden her yönden çok iyiydi.

The hotel was really clean, all was good other than breakfast which was poor, we asked for pan cake and orange juice and ended with paying extra this was the first time for me to pay for an extra money for pancake in breakfast … the team are all very nice but sometimes slow. Rooms are small

Super clean, comfortable, beautiful room with amenities, nicely served breakfast plate (after having to prove I paid for it), quiet area w nice mall short drive away. I used hotels.com to book which very clearly stated it came with breakfast, but it took time to convince the manager of at, by which time my daughter who was to take an early SAT exam left without breakfast. A smart & hospitable management would not put it on the guest to prove their rights that were paid for. That part took away from the otherwise very nice accommodation.
