Beautiful resort, amazing staff, everything was very clean

We have a superb stay at Caresse Hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was superb , the service was oustanding. In particular we were very well looked after by Uhmet and Sevinc who were very friendly, looked after us very well, and made us feel so welcome. We would strongly recommend this hotel and its staff to anyone.

Super petit déjeuner, les chambres étaient très propre et le personnel était toujours très notre disposition.

Otele giriş yaptığımda sabaha karşı 4.00 civarıydı. Lobbyde karşılama iyiydi. Normalde odaya eşyaları götüren personel, oda tanıtımı yapar. Ancak bana yardımcı olan personel hiçbir tanıtım yapmayıp eşyaları koyarak çıkmak istedi. Ben kendisine klimayı sordum, kendisi de ayarlamayı bilmediğini ve servis çağıracağını iletti. Odada dolapların yerini dahi bilmiyordu. Dolabı ben göstererek eşyaları asmasını istedim. Gelen servis de klimayı sadece çalıştırdı ve soru sorduğumda baştan savma yanıt verdi. Diğer personeller ise yardımsever ve çözüm odaklılardı. Bunun dışında otelin konumu ve odalar oldukça iyi. Banyo malzemeleri en iyi markalardan oluşuyor. Ben şubat ayında kaldığım için sadece kahvaltı dahildi ve oldukça iyiydi.

Bodrum never felt so calm, sophisticated and beautiful. Hotel is in a perfect location with spectacular views, sunrises and sunsets. Its layout, rooms and landscaping have been thoughtfully designed and are still being meticulously maintained too! Staff at every turn made us feel welcomed and cared for but always maintaining their utmost professionalism. Breakfast was a food festival of the highest standard with such bounty and staff’s hospitality made us never want to leave. Can not recommend this hotel enough.

Issues with air conditioning. It was hot outside and the hotel air conditioners could not keep up. Our room warm warm and muggy. Not a 5 star situation.

Everything was good except charging me extra for for my granddaughter who was a miner. That was disappointing

Upon arriving at 2 o’clock in the morning, I wasn’t supposed to be charged for the full day. I was lied by the employee, by telling me I cannot use Apple Pay?? I was so tired did not notice the room was used by prior attendant. The bed was not changed. I had to sleep on the leftovers sheets. Stuff was left in the room. Very unprofessional! People will lie to you in your face just to get your money and then no help whatsoever I called about my headphones was missing. Never got the answer. What happened they were on my night table……

Clean and attractive. Lovely pool but cold!

From the moment we arrived to the moment, we left the service the staff everyone was overwhelmingly interested in us as people and concerned for our safety. We had a little healthcare issue and we’re taken to the clinic, driven to the pharmacy and returned back to our hotel with no issue. You don’t see that very often anymore.

Estadia incrível, tudo perfeito! Atendimento, conforto do hotel, concierge, além da bela vista! Uma pena que em nossa estadia 2 restaurantes estavam fechados, mas o Buddha bar e o Glass restaurante foram perfeitos.
