while it was clean enough, the shower was covered in mould...needs a re-grout. And the room needed more light blocking out from the window

Rooms are just above a casino. full of strange people at front entrance and lobby.

Noisy community because it is a club, bar, and casino. The rooms are spacious but need to be updated/modernized. TV channel selection was really limited. Parking spots are small and you can expect door dings. Neighborhood is rough. We experienced room keys had to be reset numerous times. Conveniently located near bus, train and tram.

Free drinks at the casino is a nice feature, but no elevators is extremely inconvenient for tourists with laggage.

Had a great stay, super comfy bed and power shower, meals are exceptional quality and well priced

rooms tiny, TV didnt work, next to train station where there were police and ambulance throughout the night

It is a casino with limited staff, but the staff that was there was knowledgeable and friendly. No elevator had to walk upstairs shows a microwave in the room on the pictures but there was no microwave to heat up food. Mold all around the shower floor

Its a simple clean room, very comfy bed, good hot shower pressure. The other guests were at a function down stairs and super noisy. Its not the 5 start but neither is the price.

Close to the Train Station

Watch out for short manager he gets really really nasty... I would never ever stay here again...

Friendliness & helpful staff was excellent. A lift would certainly help older people. Bathroom presentation was lacking. Basic facilities but everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The staff both in hotel and dining room were extremely helpfull , food excellent room modern and very clean Overall i can recommend and would stay again if in Melbourne

We found needles all outside of our window
