The staff is incredibly attentive and the location is great. Rooms were comfortable and food was great.

The Rooms are tiny and smelly and dated. Requested to change room as was staying for a whole week and they asked for more money. Other guest that arrived later had better rooms. Reception staff is out to grouch you for money at every request. Had confirmed booking from expedia and was told they did not have the booking and it was cancelled- where in the desk clerk the night before confirmed that the room was booked for the extra night. No natural light- windows facing the next building wall 2 feet away. Breakfast buffet was the same for 7 straight days- no change in the food variety. Will not recommend for stay.

Staff provided incredible service. Hotel is next to a nice park. Very clean.

設備はアメニティも含め日本のハイレベルビジネスホテルに遜色ないといっていいと思います。朝食のビュッフェは贔屓目に見て「まあまあ」でしたが、スタッフのサービスは良かったです。場所が中心街の外郭で、道路の渋滞が凄まじいのでスケジュールのスタートに影響が出たのは今後再考の余地ある点かと思いますが、総じて「満足」でした。

Great location and excellent service. All staff from porter, security, front desk to restaurant staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Thanks to Faruk and the manager, I was offered extended use of a room to have a shower before my flight. Excellent internet connection. I will certainly come to stay here in my next business trip.

The hotel past its prime and is dated by western standards. But, having stayed in a number of places in Dhaka, this has become my favorite for value and accommodation. The upgrade to a large suite is modest. The bedroom is very large with a sitting area, desk area, large closet and queen bed. There are a number of electrical outlets that allow for USA plugs. The rest room is adequate and dated. Water is warm, not hot. But since Bangladesh is hot and humid, the water temp is refreshing. The large living room is wonderful with dining table, couch, and comfy chairs. AC in each room is excellent.

Great stay-- basic and clean rooms in a secure area in Dhaka

This was a lovely small hotel. The rooms were very clean with welcome drinks, fresh water and fresh fruit in the room upon arrival. The breakfast was quite good with plenty of options for vegetarian diet. The neighborhood is very nice. Across the street is a walking park that also has a playground and lovely garden. The street is quiet and also very close to a Main Street where many restaurants can be found. I am so glad I chose this hotel over a larger chain.

Nice Ambiance of Hotel & Room. Park in front of Hotel makes it good for morning walk. Airport pickup through hotel shuttle is time consuming hence better to us Ubar Taxi if you don't want to wait for other passengars.

Jag har bott på detta hotel ca 15 gånger under mina affärsresor till Bangladesh. Ett bra och mycket prisvärt allternativ. Läget är lungt och säkert. Rummen är stora och bra, hotellet har bra wi-fi. Maten kunde vara bättre anpassad för oss från väst men är ändå helt ok. Ett bra boende till ett för Bangladesh bra pris, passar kanske inte om du är ute efter en lyxig upplevelse

Good hotel close to the airport. The hotel room is very small. The bathroom is so small that you can hardly close the bathroom door. The staffs were very good and you will enjoy the free shuttle from the airport. The hotel I think is overpriced.

Everything is old but quite well maintained. The staff are polite and most of them speak very good English. The security is good too.

For me this is wonderful and safe place in Bangladesh

Gulshan Lake Castle er et hotel med styr på alt. Særdeles venligt og pligtopfyldende personale, som forstår dit mindste vink. Gratis transport fra og til lufthavnen i nydelig bil og særdeles rutineret chauffør. Alt på hotellet er skinnende rent. Hotellets restaurant er en positiv oplevelse med mange forskellige retter, også lokale af rigtig god kvalitet. Hotellet er beliggende nær centrum af bydelen Gulshan2, en meget velfungerende bydel med butikker, markeder og et væld af forskellige restauranter. Det ligger lige op ad Gulshan Lake Park og flere andre i nærheden. Ideelle for skøn afslapning. Alt i alt det perfekte valg ved forretningsophold eller et oplevelsesrigt ferieophold.

Staff should atleast smile when come in contact with the hotel guests. Staff are always serious.

Hotel Lake Castle was excellent - the only issue was that Hotels.com did not pay them until I had my wife harass the company. Lake Castle had not gotten any payment from Hotels.com until the day I left and after I had my wife cal and complain. This is not a good way for a business to act

A reasonably priced good quality hotel. Rooms very clean with good aircon bathroom was fine. The food in the restaurant was reasonable quality and safe to eat. The area is quiet and close to a park but at night it is very quiet and walking outside was not recommended. There is no alcohol in the hotel
