Everything is good except there is no USB to charge cell phone in the room.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Will stay again!

The bed was hard. Pillows were too soft not comfortable. Couldn’t turn the AC on the room was hot. Great location enjoyed the rooftop bar

Arrived ~7:30 and the check-in system was down so they couldn't check me in. After waiting over an hour in the lobby, around 9pm, they let me into a room that was vacant but I couldn't have a room key bc the system was still down, so I couldn't really leave the room, for example, to go to the fitness center, which I had really wanted to. Then, around midnight, the front desk called the room to "check if anyone was in it." It was such a cluster! I'm not one to make a fuss but I honestly think they should comp us the night. They definitely need a system so that they can give people rooms and keys the old fashioned way (ie, a log) if there is an IT issue. It was also kind of funny because ahead of my stay the hotel had sent me multiple messages to download their app to create a digital check in pass, which I did but after all that, it turned out you still have to check in at the front desk and obv they couldn't 🙄 The room itself was nice, location was great!

The hotel is in a great neighborhood with a strong nightlife. Convenience to metro station was a must!

It was pretty good, I stayed on Valentines Day with my Wife we enjoyed ourselves for the most part.

Even though the chicken time is 3pm , they checked me in at 1:30pm which I appreciate very much.

Staff was really good and room was clean and nice. Area was convenient and had a lot to do. Only downside was it was really loud. Bars nearby blast music outside (inexplicably as it was Feb so no one was outside) and you can hear it in the rooms. I was woken up both nights at 1:30 when the bars got out and people were really loud on the street. It’s such a shame as other than the nose level the property was great

It was so pretty and clean. The surroundings and the facilities were great.

The surrounding area was okay. Lively area for weekend.

We were there for three nights. I did have some complaints as we were checking out this morning and they told me to handle them for you. They were flying bugs in our our sink last night and this morning. Also I told them I was woken up three times last night because the heater made a loud whining noise when it turned on. I do not think I should pay for the third night. They agreed but said I have to go thru Expedia. Please help! Thank you
