Loved the set up where the lobby and the breakfast area are... Very Nice Hotel. All nice and clean, the Spanish lady at the Breakfast was SUPER AMAZING!!! Loved her!! However, the Housekeeping was NOT good. 2 beds and ONLY 2 towels? Wow!! Terrible, there were 3 of us and my Mom had to use a tiny towel. I called the front desk to get a towel and they had NONE, told me to wait till 8:30 when housekeeping is in, they finally showed up at 9:40AM with 2 towels. NOT Good!! 2 Beds = 4 Towels.

It was in a good location, close to several restaurants. However, it was very crowded and noisy due to a softball tournament going on in the area. The room was a bit expensive, almost $300 for one night. I would consider about $150 per night to be more reasonable, but the prices may have been high due to demand from the softball tournament folks.

I have stayed at 2 different hotels in the area when i stayed for work and this is best thus far. Hotel is clean and the area ia safe. Its also next to Wendy's, Dutch Bros and In n Out! Will stay here again

Our room wasn’t ready so the morning clerk changed our room from a standard room to a 1 bedroom suite. 3 hours later we were in our room and our brother went to check into his room only to find out the morning clerk had given his room to us. The afternoon clerk gave our brother another room and said he would get a discount. We were told that if we kept that room we would be charged that room rate and we had to change rooms and we were not offered anything for our inconvenience. The air conditioner made the room stink. Not a great experience. We drove 6 1/2 hours to stay there. We could have chose something else.

Spacious quiet rooms, breakfast selection under the new brand away from Best Western was of a lesser selection

There was a mistake on the rooms, Ibooked like 4 months early

Comfortable, quiet. Good breakfast.
