Room was clean and tidy. Amenities were good. Breakfast included was nice

Room was very clean. Staff were polite. Rooms have lots of space. Breakfast was great! Bacon, mini omelettes, hash browns, pancakes, plus all the usual others. 2nd stay there, would highly recommend.

Front desk staff were friendly, hotel was clean and in a convenient location. The room (321) was NOT sound proof. It's right next to the ice machine and the guests above us were extremely loud well past midnight into the early morning hours. There was a weird banging sound around 5-6am from inside the walls which woke us up. The front desk mentioned it was a very empty hotel as it's a bit off season, so why would you place guests next to the ice maker or elevators when you have the whole hotel to choose from? Not very considerate. I talked to the desk twice prior to our second night with the noise concerns and to request that no guests would be put into the room above us on the 4th floor and commented on the ice maker and wall noise. It would have been nice to have been offered to move rooms.

We stayed one night. We upgraded to the larger kitchenette room for 10.00 a night more when booking . Very happy with our choice.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shampoo was empty in the shower but that’s minor. I was disappointed about no vending machine.

Clean room, excellent breakfast and even though the pool was insanely busy with two sports team - a staff kept on bringing fresh towels consistently and was so cheerful.
