Everything was amazing,, place was clean, location is the best, very professional staff,, but the wifi was not working at all during my stay :(

Hôtel pratique en plein centre ville. Message de la réception avec toutes les indications pour rentrer dans le centre ville très pratique. Accueil très sympa.

昨日2度目のチェックイン。部屋が変わり良かった。前2泊のシングルはトイレの排水管？が臭くて不眠。今回はと思ったが20時30分、シャワーを浴びたがお湯が全く出ず。温くもならず。外は暑くてもシャワーはお湯を使いたい。急にプール入った気分。風邪を引いた見たいで鼻汁出る。唯一の系列ホテルでの朝食バイキングは日曜日で時間変更と。アナウンスなし。指定開始時間に再訪すると既に白人若い女性グループが朝食中？ レセプション女性もレストラン女性も不機嫌の極み。食器、パン等も不揃い。普通に宿泊したいだけですけど。。完全に外れましたね

Awe enjoyed our stay and we were able to store our luggage and we were able to check in early. Property is cleaned and well maintained. Property is located walkable distance surrounded by most the attractions in area and restaurants. In future I will stay there again.

A great place, had a room overlooking the square, loved the rooftop terrace. Good location. Will stay again, coming once again for the Alhambra.

Hintaansa nähden hyvä! Kirjautuminen helppoa ja mukava henkilökunta. Aivan lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia, lyhyt kävely alhambraan. Ravintoloista yöllä tulee meteliä, ei haitannut meitä. Mutta jos et kestä ääniä, niin kaupungin laitamilta varmaan löytyy hiljaisempia kohteita. Aulassa joku vanha hajuste, huone oli hajuton ja yleissiisti.

Acceptable service. The rooms were small, not as described on the website. The shower was extremely slippery and very dangerous. I suffered a trauma to my right toe. Anyone could fall.

Localização perfeita em frente a plaza Nueva, perto da Alhambra e do Albaícin mas pela subida, vale a pena pegar o ônibus a poucos metros do hotel. Local super central, mas o barulho é bem reduzido pelas janelas anti ruído. O atendimento da Rose foi ótimo. Quarto limpo com lindas vistas. Apenas o banheiro era muito pequeno mas não atrapalhou nossa estadia.

Very clean, awesome location (walkable to almost every tourist destination). I will say the rooms aren’t very sound proof + by a busy popular street- some ear plugs and no issue but for people with kids may not be ideal.

Excelente hotel, desde la atención en la recepción hasta la limpieza en general, todo super limpio e inmejorable ubicación

Parking difficile d’accès, les rues pour y accéder et le garage en lui même, extrêmement serré. Largeur du véhicule 1m80 ça passe juste juste mais il faut vraiment bien s’y prendre pour ne pas rayer la voiture (tant dans la rue que dans le garage). Accueil chaleureux. Merci à Jorge! Les chambre sont petites mais propres. Il faudrait une meilleure isolation car vu l’emplacement (excellent) très central, il y a beaucoup d’animation jusqu’à tard dans la nuit et on entend tout depuis la chambre. De plus pas de vraie salle de bains. Un WC (sans brosse), une cabine de douche à côté et l’évier directement dans la chambre. Peu de place pour poser ses affaires. Je recommanderai pour quelques jours mais pas plus.

We enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is REALLY convenient to the Alhambra and all walking areas of Granada. The hotel rooms were a little small but totally acceptable. Ours had a balcony overlooking the square which was very enjoyable. The elevator was very small but worked fine for three people. We used stairs mostly for descending which were clean and very nice. Overall a very nice hotel with parking arrangements with another hotel down the street. That garage was the absolutely tightest parking entrance and spot I've ever navigated in 35 years of driving - but pulled if off - woo hoo! The breakfast is at the same hotel as the parking about two blocks away and we decided not to partake in this as there were plenty of good bakery and food options in the neighborhood. Overall would definitely return for a stay as prices were very reasonable and location perfect.
