There were over 50 roaches I killed in a two hour time span before I just left the hotel at midnight . Disgusting

The hotel is full of roaches and they’re charging so much for the rooms I don’t advise anyone to come and stay here. It’s roach, infected hotel. They are literally roaches every everywhere.

Being Handicap Person. Who just had Hip Replacement Surgery. The Room and Accommodation were exactly what I needed.

Limited food areas

Where do I begin, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in…the smell of the room was a musty mildew! Blinds broken! Show Curtain stained! Bathroom was so outdated and nasty that it didn’t even contain a stopper! The bed condition sheets and covers contained the smell off the room! We were on cot frames. The carpet was so worn that threading was missing in places! I have traveled all over the world and have never been in anything like this! Unacceptable!

The place is totally worn down. It is not a hotel as you normally think of a hotel, as the lobby is only staffed during day time, there is no restaurant and the people live there with noisy dogs etc. There was a fridge in the room (much too big and noisy) and a kitchenette, however there was not cutlery, glasses or plates etc. so it was unusable. Why then have a kitchenette. The worst was that the room was filled with cockroachs and other bugs! I killed 5-10 bugs a day! Even though I had another room there was still bugs! The rooms towards the highway are very noisy, so get a room on the other side of the building.

First the front desk closes at 11. I arrived just after midnight, so you use a phone in the lobby to call a call center who gets ahold of an onsite member. That took about 10 min. When the lady arrived check in was quick. I was passing through on my way to Tennessee and one of the selling points was a full size fridge as I had a lot of food I wanted to keep cold. Once I got to my room I walked around and the room was clean enough but could definitely use a refresh. I open the fridge and freezer and both were full of mold and I don’t think the compressor was working as it wasn’t cold at all. I went to turn the air conditioner on, and it was only blowing ambient air and not cold. I went to call down to the front desk. The phone in the room didn’t work so I walked back down and had a call the call center again to have someone switch me to a new room. Male employee told me to go back to my room and he would go check on a few available rooms and make sure . After a while, I get reassigned to another room and everything was ok, it was about 1 o’clock in the morning at this point. This room had white powder on the carpet in the corners and dust on the desk. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable so I just went to bed Woke up a few hours later went on my way. The hotel has new management and they’re trying to improve the place. Hopefully this is true because this place needs a lot of work.

The kitchen area had empty cabinets, no dishes or silverware. Faucet in bathroom was leaking. Carpet needed cleaning or replaced. Beds were fine.
