I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The place is very quiet and well kept. I would definitely go back.

We stayed at Illas Inn for 2 nights before and 3 nights after we did a hiking trek near Cusco. The hotel staff was very helpful in securing transportation to the start of our hike and providing storage for our luggage while we were on the trail. We were treated to a very delicious breakfast every morning of our stay and we looked forward to the delicious, fresh food and the friendly faces of the breakfast staff. When we arrived a bit early for checkin we sat in the lovely solarium at the hotel where we could view the beautiful and peaceful walled flower garden. The hotel is near all the sites we wanted to visit by walking. I didn't want to leave- we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Located within a 10 minute walk from the main square. Room was fine, had enough space for everything and the breakfast was good. Staff were very nice too and kept my suitcase in storage whilst I went to machu Picchu (you can't really take a large suitcase to machu Picchu on the train unless you folk out a lot of money with one of the train operators)

Staff was super friendly and the hotel was really nice. We had a train early in the morning to the location was perfect, it took us a 2 minutes to go from the hotel to the station.

Good hotel walking distance from the main plaza. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are not many restaurants close by, but there is a great produce market and supermarket with good prices. The only small negative thing is that the breakfast room is very cold.

El personal es muy amable, resolvieron todos mis problemas durante mi estancia (lavanderia, amenidades, gestión de huesdes ruidosos, ayuda con mis tours) lo cual agradezco mucho al ser extranjero. Las instalaciones son lindas y funcionales, suficiente para mi estancia, cerca de zonas de interés y dentro de zona donde las agencias de tours pueden recogerte. El desayuno es bueno y suficiente. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Son súper amables, excelente trato, instalaciones súper limpias, excelentes instalaciones.

Chambre impeccable Personnel accueil et petit déjeuner toujours très attentionné. Entre le terminal de bus et le centre. Plusieurs fois, nous avons demandé tardivement un petit déjeuner à emporter car départ avant l'ouverture du petit déjeuner, et les petits déjeuner nous attendaient le lendemain, Parfait !

Very good small hotel. Everything is close by so i would say worth the price i paid . Good breakfast and nice garden outside .

We checked in late at night and the man that answered the door was very accommodating and helpful! Everything was clean and although are stay was very short I would return on my next visit to Cusco!

Hotel is in a perfect location to call your home base when exploring Cusco and surrounding area. Rooms are decent, clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with basic fare. The Staff were super friendly and helpful in every way. Definitely walkable to many sites and restaurants.
