The room was clean and the staff we're friendly

Friendly staff and lovely, clean rooms at a reasonable price.

Check in/out was easy. It was a clearly well maintained and clean place that met all of our needs. Location is also close to everything we wanted to see which was a huge plus.

Access was via a phone call and key code for the door. No staff on site, but simple and easy access. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I stayed on 2 occasions and in 2 different properties and what I would say is that guests seem to be less considerate with noise when there are no staff on location.

The Midnight Sun Inn is a 3 story house each floor is equipped with a large kitchen, fridge, oven, sink several pots, pans and utensils and full bathroom, extra seating and space in the kitchens area for shared gatherings. The top floor has coin operated laundry, I noticed a sign for dishwashing machine but I washed my cups and spoons in the local sink, I am not sure which floor(s) have them. I felt very comfortable and got a very restful sleep each of 3 nights. It was like living in a condo I could hear foot falls from the stairs sometimes. I counted 17 pairs of shoes at the front entrance that were staying on my 2nd and 3rd day. I walked the house on my first day lots of windows and in warmer weather they have small decks to walk out on. I liked this much better than a motel.

A convenient location with good parking . Room was clean and met all our needs for a very reasonable price. Staff was very accommodating when travel plans were unexpectedly changed. Will return for future visits.

Plenty of hair on the bed,felt like it wasn't cleaned,found nails in the bathroom as well while the socket doesn't work in the bathroom. Lack of maintenance and low attention to details.

Very friendly owner, upgraded me to their new building. Comfortable room, well-stocked clean kitchen. Stayed two nights.

Did not use the kitchen except for coffee but it seemed equipped with all necessary equipment.. Parking was easy and accessible when needed. Staff was accommodating to all our needs (early arrival extra day) and answered all concerns via phone. Will definitely return hopefully in near future.

The bed in room 9 was not at all comfortable. The mattress has a big dip in the middle. Tha room was clean. We did not realize we would have to share a bathroom.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staffs. Affordable price. Definitely recommend.

Arrived late and they were watching for us. They upgraded us to the entire suite. We liked the kitchen facilities.
