The Ship Inn inn Mousehole is just like a postcard! The location is perfect right at the beach in the harbour. We had a family rom for one night, and ate the most delicious fish&chips for dinner. Staff was amazing, so friendly! I would defenitly recomend going to Mousehole 👌

No aircon and the windows are screwed shut so that you can open them only 10cm and in our room that only led to the flower bench outside.

Staff were particularly helpful and cheerful

Overall our room is excellent with the harbor view from the room window. A minor point, the water vessel in the Nespresso Coffee machine was leaking. It will be nice for the staff to check before guests arrival, we didn't use it in the end but reported it. It is a shame but I can always get a good coffee from the cafe near by.

Rooms were absolutely dreadful. Dirty marks and scrapes all over the place. Nothing like the rooms you see online. They clearly havent been renovated in decades! Staff and pub were great

Great location with view overlooking the harbor. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. Enjoying our food. Had a great time in the bar. Old charm with stairs to rooms. Definitely recommend if staying in this area of Cornwall!

This is a pub with rooms, so not a hotel. But, wow it is absolutely at the top of the scale for pubs. Room was perfectly clean and had as good a view as you could find anywhere in the world. Location, perfect, parked at the nearby harbour carpark, not overly expensive. Bar staff were great, evening food was great, four real ales on tap, all delicious. Great choice at breakfast and again lovely staff. I would seriously give this accommodation 11 out of 10. 100% recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay at the ship. Room was beautiful with stunning views, pub food was perfect and the breakfast was on point. Staff were lovely, especially the lady who waitresses on the breakfasts Can’t wait to come back

Had a very enjoyable overnight stay at The Ship to view the harbour lights of Mousehole. Excellent accommodation, spacious and clean, good size bathroom. Friendly welcome from the whole team, great evening meal and breakfast in the morning,, a warm welcome and would highly recommend

We had a very pleasant and quiet room with comfortable bed and view of harbour. Good cooked breakfast plus cereal toast etc. Staff were helpful and there was bike parking possible in small garden behind the house now part of the inn.

Great view. Lovely staff. Parking difficult due to the location but public parking up the road. Not suitable for large bags. Comfortable room however very small. Beautiful view from the room (9). Bed very comfortable and clean. The only gripe I have is the shower was absolutely useless. No pressure or temperature. Couldn’t have a decent shower.

Staff were lovely, especially the delightful lady at breakfast. Situated right in front of the harbour and an easy walk around the town. We were able to park easily. Unfortunately, our room was not clean, the main light was not working and the shower was also not functioning properly.

Wonderful location with pub on the Mousehole harbor.

Nice room but incredible noisy until 11pm (Like having DJ decks in the room) Hotel brilliantly located and historic but seems very understaffed. Had to find someone to pour drinks in the bar and was advised the following morning that breakfast was not available because the chef was ill. If we wanted a croissant and a coffee we'd have bought it next door. On check out we were asked to pay again as St Austell have changed their systems and were unable to take payment due to 'GDPR'. (Not really our problem) After we explained that we had already paid Expedia the payment was miraculously located. If we had paid again we would have been the ones wasting our time trying to reclaim the double payment. Staff in fairness were all polite and lovely - just undertrained and understaffed.

Très jolie chambre dans un magnifique pub ancien, au cœur du village. Facilement accessible à pied et à proximité immédiate du port, il est toutefois très compliqué de se garer en période de vacances. Sinon, le personnel était très sympathique, la nourriture excellente et tout le reste parfait

The accommodation was amazing and the room was immaculate, the Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a very good location right next to the harbour. We woke up to beautiful sunrise , the food at the pub downstairs was also amazing.
