There is a 24 hour night club just above. Friday night music, thumping techno bass rumbled my cranium and intestines until 5:30 am!!!!!!! Who conceived these might be compatible? Shelter and a bed to lay in, and time recover from the intense headache before check out at 12 pm, but absolutely exhausted. Why?! Why!? Why?! Not a thing, unfortunately!!!

The location was great, super walkable to a bunch of restaurants, bars and cafes. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

A localizacao é ótima com fácil acesso à pé do Centro Historico, Mercado de Mariscos e de uber perto de Shopping! Tudo muito limpo e as amenidades de ótima qualidade. Enxoval gostoso e novos! Sugeriria ter o café da manha! Contido, cedo tinha cafezinho disponível! Vale o custo beneficio. Há mercados otimos por perto !

Couldn't sleep because the rooftop balcony has a party going on ALL night till 7am... great place to party, not so great to relax and chill.

The decor was unique and the location was great. However strong stifling smell and cleanliness were a concern.

Hyggelig og sentralt hotell, men det er en bar i etasjen over hotellet. Denne skaper litt støy utover natta. Gikk helt fint for oss, men forvent litt bråk!

Location ok. Felt safe with key card access.

The location was good for my purposes. I chose a balcony room as the pictures had an amazing view but my balcony faced the alley and had multiple AC units right next to the 1 chair provided. Very disappointed especially with the loud music coming from the rooftop bar every night until one or 2 o’clock in the morning. I would not recommend reserving a balcony room if you want to get any sleep. I never had an opportunity to use the pool, but it is on the top floor where a restaurant is so it’s not very accessible to hotel patrons.

The staff at the check in was very unhelpful. There were regular loud parties at the rooftop bar (which seemed off limits to guests) and a lot of noise which made getting a good night's sleep tough. Room was tiny and bed was very uncomfortable. We had to leave to go to another hotel just to get some real sleep. The positives were the location and the cleaning staff for our room.

I liked the location, that's IT!

They did not have iron for my clothes.

Muy centrico.el lugar y muy bonito. El unico problema es una discoteca al lado con musica hasta las 6am... Si necesitas mucho silencio para dormir este no es tu sitio.

Look the room is nice , clean and simple - location is great right in the middle of casco viejo - walking distance to main points within the old town of panama BUT…. I stayed on a Friday , the noise and paeties all around the hotel make it impossible to catch sleep or rest …. It literally kept me awake until more or less 4:30 am …. The staff is non helpful at all …. They dont give you instructions on anything , not even the wifi password ! i had to go to the room to find out i had to come back and ask for the password and they gave me attitude ! For such a simple request ! Not to mention they hace a discount for guests for the restaurant LaAzotea on the rooftop but off course they didn’t mention this ! I find out cause a waiter was kind enough to ask if i was staying right below ( saw my room key). All in all ….. i wont be staying here again i didnt sleep or rest at all …. And with the very not helfpul stafff i bet there are better options around the city.

Excellent location in old Panama City. Staff was great. My room was small and the shower flooded the bathroom. Staff was great and gave me a new room and the shower was great and no flooding the bathroom. No hair dryers in either room.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning was not problem.

El hotel muy bonito, el trato del personal excelente. Un sólo detalle que cuando estuve se fue la luz en la ciudad casi completa y ellos no tienen generador. De lo de más todo estuvo bien.

Nice room and great location

Absolutely terrible. Avoid this hotel like the plague. I paid online ahead of time and when I came to check in they had said I didn’t pay and refused to give me a room. I showed them my receipt, my booking id, and even my bank statement and the lady refused to believe and was incredibly rude. After talking to Hotels.com they tried to call the lady working front desk and she refused to pick up even though I told her they would call her. They ended up booking me a new hotel so I told her this and tried to leave. She then LOCKED ME IN and refused to open the door until I paid a “cancellation fee” even though I didn’t cancel in the first place. I had to pay for the room AGAIN just to leave this crazy lady and establishment. The place looked run down and was in a worse location that pictures described. Would give 0/5 stars if I could, absolutely terrible do not recommend.
