Lovely place ane hotel with amazing staff - we had an overnight stay with our dogs and the hotel and staff was none other than amazing !

Wonderful resort. Staff was attentive and friendly, every area was very clean, comfortable rooms, best Vinson stakes I’ve ever had.

The property was beautiful and the food, delicious. The one thing was that since it is up in the mountains the walking was very hilly and difficult to wonder around and explore the area. Staff especially the Matitre d/waiter, he went out of his way to help. We had to catch the early bus on our last day (6:30 am) he offered to make us a care package of sandwiches/fruit and water to take with us, which was so nice and welcomed.

This is a new property and looks clean and comfortable from the outside. Too bad we did not get a chance to find out because we arrived late at night and nobody was there to check us in! I had communicated with the hotel about our late arrival but didn’t realize until a few hours before arrival that they had never responded. There were phone numbers displayed to call and as well instructions to go through the restaurant after hours. None of those options worked and finally at 11pm we left to find another hotel. The one thing they did right was to refund the prepaid non—refundable reservation which was certainly appreciated.

Wonderful hospitality! This was a visit we won’t ever forget. The hotel is nestled into the side of a mountain in the Alps. The village below is picturesque. At the lodge we were given a tour of the owners memorabilia of his racehorse Justify who won the Triple Crown. Being huge Derby fans we really appreciated this. Dimitri was so good to us and really made this visit stand out. Great hotel and spa.

Truly an outstanding stay. The property and small town made it a memorable stay. Beautiful surroundings Breakfast and dinner were 5 star.

The Italian sounding gentleman who checked me in was astute, kind and informative. The property is nicely upgraded, with modern amenities and beautiful wood touches everywhere. And the view is spectacular.
