for the price the room was as expected. it was clean. The room had an old smell to it and there was a chair in the room that looked stained but other than that it was fine. I would stay here again.

Coffee in the room, a good shower, comfortable beds, and a spacious room, made it a good stay.

Property is dated, but fairly clean and the breakfast was excellent, as was the front desk staff.

It was filthy, smelled, nothing worked including the outlets in the rooms.

The room had a bad smell when we got there, the room above us had very noisy people and staff failed to do anything to quiet them down. I definitely will stay there again and would tell anyone that was thinking about staying to find some place else. The hot tub wasn't working and just overall a very bad place to spend money on.

The towels were stained, the sheets were stained, the carpet was stained and the sheet was too short for the bed.

This is a motel in need of some updates and a good deep clean. You get what you pay for. It’s located in the hotel/motel zone of SLO.

There was no hot water the first two days of my stay until they turned it on when I complained. I did get a hot shower that evening but by the morning there was no hot water at the sink to wash my face. Hotel is old.Staff was accommodating.Great location! I walked to the college and town during my stay.

The staff was polite, the room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. The area the hotel was at was 5 mins from downtown SLO so it was a perfect location.
