The hotel is extremely dirty. We were given a room with a dirty diaper in the bathroom, the floors were not clean, the window in the bathroom was off its track, the curtains were torn. Pretty bad :( Also, we were on the bottom floor and the simple walking around of the occupants above us was extremely loud (not their fault) in our room.

The hot tub wasn't working, but other than that, it was clean, somewhat spacious, and comfortable. You can't beat the price.

room is due for remodel

The good: Very close to Cal Poly and downtown San Luis Obispo. Spacious room. The bad: The showers were moldy and did not drain well, and the hot tub was not hot. The heater/AC was full of dust and when we turned it on it smelled like it was burning. Reservation for two queen beds and given a room with one king bed - not ideal for mom & teenager.

It did not smell good at all. There were stains on the sheets and floor.

It was perfect for an impromptu last-minute trip. Reasonably priced

The beds are really comfortable , the only dislike is the attendant I though needed to be a bit nicer.

for the price the room was as expected. it was clean. The room had an old smell to it and there was a chair in the room that looked stained but other than that it was fine. I would stay here again.

Coffee in the room, a good shower, comfortable beds, and a spacious room, made it a good stay.

Property is dated, but fairly clean and the breakfast was excellent, as was the front desk staff.

It was filthy, smelled, nothing worked including the outlets in the rooms.

The room had a bad smell when we got there, the room above us had very noisy people and staff failed to do anything to quiet them down. I definitely will stay there again and would tell anyone that was thinking about staying to find some place else. The hot tub wasn't working and just overall a very bad place to spend money on.

The towels were stained, the sheets were stained, the carpet was stained and the sheet was too short for the bed.
