Hôtel confortable et bien situé

El hotel mas bonito por dentro que por fuera, las zonas comunes y las habitaciones bastante bien, de hecho mucho mejor que otros hoteles de misma categoría en Europa, el personal también muy amable, las camas excelentes y las habitaciones como 60% mas amplias que un hotel de similar precio en Paris, el baño amplio y todo bastante limpio, tiene elevador. El pueblo y el Castillo al que llegas caminando desde el hotel es un encanto, adicional a que esta cerca de la estacion del tren lo unico negativo en el hotel es el desayuno, es horrible, ya habia leido eso de otros huespedes y confirmo, debes buscar desayunar en otro sitio, por en verdad es muy malo el desayuno, el huevo tenia consistencia de una gelatina aguada por ser de caja pero ademas estaba mal hecho. Ojala puedan corregir este detalle por que el resto es bastante bueno

Todo bien, pero se me hace muy mal que cobren por estacionar el vehiculo. Dejaron refrescos y agua, lo cual es muy buen detalle, se agradece que ya se incluya con el costo

The staff were warm and friendly. It was in a great location for shopping and dining (very walkable). We had a room with a patio facing the garden, it was quiet and peaceful

This hotel was a great find. Chantilly is a pretty town and we very much enjoyed staying here for our trip to Paris. We got the fast train into Paris Gare Du Nord with our two young sons for a Paris day trip rather than staying in Paris itself. Station was 5 mins walk from hotel which was perfect, and the journey direct to Paris took only 30 mins. We ate both nights in nearby restaurants, again just a few mins walk away. Our family room was spotless and very comfortable. Air con worked well. Parking was easy (behind the hotel; booked in advance) and good value. Nothing to fault. We would love to come and see more of Chantilly and visit the chateau which we only saw as we drove out; it looked incredible. Thank you Best Western. This is a fine example of your hotel brand.

The parking was very safe, beautiful garden, clean hotel with very friendly staff.

Séjour d'une nuit pour visiter le château de Chantilly. Endroit parfait. On peut se rendre au château à pied. La chambre possède tout les confort, lit confortable, belle salle de bain, grand téléviseur, tranquilité.

Lovely hotel, with a pleasant garden and in a great area. The staff were very helpful.

Had to send a cocktail back it was so awful, but we were met with sniggering from bar staff, then my husband was ignored when he tried to order from the bar again, awful attitude by bar staff there considering we were staying at the hotel and paying customers,

Hotel was in the centre of Chantilly and easy to find. Very clean and service was very good.

Staff was lovely, breakfast was terrific. Walking distance from the train station, and also walking distance to the Chateau! Many nice restaurant around as well.

Superb location, spotlessly clean and a good breakfast & quality restaurant with fresh produce served well. Generally speaking all the staff were friendly & very helpful but that was not always the case. The welcome we received at reception was under whelming to say the least, hardly engaged with us at all. Provided no information what so ever. Very disappointing and not a very good initial impression of the hotel. The staff at breakfast were very friendly, and helpful too but one big negative was they were slow in clearing tables. On the first morning more than half of the restaurant was closed off meaning there was little space to sit but no clean table either. My wife cleared our table on the first morning. That was a shame because the staff were nice and the breakfasts were superb. The shower over the bath may be problematic for some accessing it for use, maybe a grab rail would make a great addition. We found it difficult, others may not though but just a word of warning. All on all we enjoyed our stay, it was in an ideal location, a short walk into town, attractions including the racecourse. Buses also go by the hotel. Very clean, a good standard and we'd have no problem staying there again but not at the price we paid taking into account the probs we had but these things happen I suppose from time to time but I would still recommend it.
