Habitación sucia, toallas con hoyos, el cuarto muy pequeño su personal bien muy amable está muy bien ubicado

Manque d'information. Exigences pour le chien non communiquées avant mon arrivée, malgré que j'avais avisé l'hôtel que j'avais un chien. Exigence d'un carnet de vaccination (aucun autre hôtel me le.demande) dépôt de 1000 pesos pour le chien remboursable si pas de dommage. Et 350 pesos par soir pour le chien en frais supplémentaire. Exagération

Habitación limpia

The room smelled like chemical air freshener- and the windows do not open. The bathroom was mouldy. The front desk staff were mostly indifferent/unfriendly. The breakfast buffet seemed only to serve cold food no matter what time we went- cold eggs, nothing was labelled, so for people with dietary restrictions- good luck. The hotel needs a renovation and the staff need customer service training. We would return to Mexico City, but we would never return to the ibis hotel. It did not even have a kettle in the room, no water was provided, and you get one towel per person, per day- not even a hand towel. No amenities.. overall, very disappointed.

La habitación estuvo justa para el par de días que estuvimos. Solo que en las noches llega un olor muy feo, como a aguas negras. Y el ascensor del hotel tarda mil horas en llegar al piso que quieres.

Manque de courtoisie du personnel à la réception. J'avais avisé que je voyageais avec mon chien, et la réception n'était pas au courant. On m'a informé de réglés que je ne connaissais pas....

La habitacion olia horrible como a desagüe? baño sucio, la cama hacia ruido, el checkout dice que es a las 12:30 pero nos llegaron a tocar a las 12:15 si nos ibamos a extender, no lo recomiendo

The manager had a miscommunication with his staff and thought I was staying there without paying. He called my room at threatened to call the "policia." I had no clue what I had done wrong. When I came downstairs, he realized he had made a mistake when he staff wouldn't deny nor accept the mixup - he then made me leave the hotel and threatened to call the police again if I didn't

Room is nice and clean . But there is very little hot water . Staff are kind and helpful . The breakfast used to be good but has changed . They should include eggs automatically . Not just beans & rice . We still recommend this hotel

La única oportunidad en la que puede mejorar son las instalaciones del baño pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien

El servicio excelente. Llegué antes de mi check in y me dieron oportunidad de ingresar a mi habitación antes de la hora. En la noche aún hay servicio de alimento y bebidas. Personal amable, adicional puedes dejar maletas en resguardo.

Room was not very clean. Air conditioner didn’t work in the room, requested a fan and the fan was broken. I asked to be switched to another room and they said that i had to wait until the next day. But after arguing with them they moved me to another room. Some of the staff was courteous but not all. The receptionist at check in, was on her phone texting while doing my check in. The breakfast buffet was not good at all, limited selection and taste was not good.

La habitacion que me tocó no le servía el aire acondicionado. Se sentía muy humedo el ambiente, no pude dormir bien.

I arrived at the hotel and I was told that my reservation was cancelled. The Hotels send me the email very late when I was on my way and I could not read it. And I was left on ice very late in the evening. It is a scandal !

La chambre était propre et le personnel de ménage aimable et réactif. Ainsi que le personnel à l'accueil. Hotel bien situé et bien insonorisé.
