Extremely welcoming staff and overall great stay!

Lovely stay. Friendly staff, nice pool. Perfect stop on our holiday travels.

Clean and tentative staff

We were not as pleased with our stay this time. Staff not as friendly. Breakfast not very good. We didn’t care for the location of our room (right next to the lobby) and we were not offered a welcome gift.

Very clean - breakfast was good with many options. Staff gave us room on first floor close to door - nice for elderly couple.

They lack any usb outlets. the covers are thick so it's a hot/cold night. Otherwise an excellent stay. the staff is outstanding and the hotel is comfortable, accommodating and in good shape with a great little pool and outdoor patio with fire pit. It is in a commercial area.

The hotel staff are all very kind, wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast is always delicious.

This was our second time staying at this property. We interacting with several of the front desk staff and ALL of them were extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping checked in with us. Room was clean.

Beautiful property set in the hills of southern Ohio. Conveniently located.

We will be staying again for sure Marriott has always done us good! Would have did 5 stars for cleanliness but the shower had someone else’s hair on the walls still, but other than that was very clean and well maintained!

Room was very clean, hotel was in very good condition.

The staff at this hotel, are very accommodating, and very very helpful. And one of the things I forgot to bring with me were ear plugs due to my tinnitus. The front desk staff actually had them! They have been beyond helpful and we would definitely come back again!

Only recommendation I have is the drive to the Fairfield isn't marked. We drove by and turned around to come back.

Clean. Comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Lovely amenities. Shower was roomy, water pressure was great, water was hot. Bed was comfy.

Well appointed, comfortable room; great value for price.
