The hotel is in need of an update, rooms are very dated (very nostalgic), in our room, we have a phone with a dialing wheel, which can only be found in very few places or museum. The hotel is located very close to the main Onsen street. Also a free shuttle to and from Bus station. The staff are up keeping the very standard Japanese serving standard, very courteous , friendly and helpful. The onsen is good but not spectacular. The food is also in the “good but not spectacular” category. The happy hour between 4-6pm is a plus to allow guest to unwind after a day of travel to the Onsen.

The breakfast was great and onsen experience was good. We booked a room for four, but only provided robes and towels for three. The front desk was not happy using Google Translate and mocked the fact we did not speak Japanese.

房間很大，浴室卻很小，浴室裡的洗臉台太小。但是房間裡提供高級茶包，一樓大廳有酒吧喝到飽，很不錯。

The faculty is older and needs some tlc. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle to ski resort a plus. We enjoyed the traditional room and onsens.

The room was seriously sub standard and small. I was offered an upgrade, but only if I agreed to pay a premium for the upgrade. I was then informed that the advertised breakfast was just slices of bread. I do not consider this provided breakfast

A very beautiful town

スタッフの対応が親切で気持ちよく過ごす事が出来ました。 夕方のドリンクサービスも嬉しかったです。 温泉も源泉掛け流しで気持ち良かったです。 また利用させて頂きます。

湯畑には面してませんが、徒歩で4〜5分と近く，夜のライトアップも見に行きました。 夕飯は、食べきれないくらい品数あり、満腹。上州牛のすき焼き，しゃぶしゃぶどちらも美味しかったです。

ご飯おいしくて、2度回目の宿泊でした。部屋や、温泉は古くて少し残念です。

スタッフの人は優しいが、説明が少し足りない感じがある。 エレベーターから遠い部屋だったが清潔で広く居心地がよかった。 温泉温度が高く、子供が入れない。お風呂が何個かあったが、温度が低いひとつのお風呂にみんなが入っていた。

自転車乗に親切でロビーにに入れずに置かせてくれて客室へのそのままでの持ち込みもOKだった。 　ホテル自体は改装したのか新しくキレイだった。ただ客室の設備が古いままで特に使える100Vのコンセントが冷蔵庫と併用の１つのみだった。

Website and pictures do not show how the hotel really is. It’s false advertising the rooms smelled like old, the shower room was discolored and disgusting. Food was not great. Onsen is older looking and does not appear like the pictures. Not worth all the money we paid. The lobby is beautiful and looks like it will be fancy but it’s run down and old.

温泉がとても良い。隣の部屋の音が気になる。

I really liked the dinner options, we stayed for three nights and had different dishes each evening. The waitress was very lively and kind. It was a lot too it and I was very sad that I wasn't able to finish everything.

The room is quite old and seems a smoking room, which smells a little. It is quite old and worn-out, not clean. But, it is acceptable given the price in the neighborhood. The lobby is good and spacious.

This is a amazing experience, that hotel is comfortable and nearby ski resorts and attractions, all staff is kindly and helpful!

Pleasant stay. The bath house was great.
