Clean room and good coffee in lobby. Convenient location to interstate 80 and 79.

Everything was great,even had EV charging on site,my only complaint was could use a new shower head.The one in my room was a little clogged up.

Very clean. Was not loud. My queen suite was very nice with many amenities such as a large fridge, microwave coffee maker and two burners. Plates mugs and cups also!

It's good overall but it needs more clean.

Overall no complaints other then the bed being alil to uncomfortable. Other then that it was overall good. Super friendly staff even when i had a problem at 6am. The woman was imformative n happy to help

Rooms were quiet despite being 1 door from the lobby. Somewhat clean, the bathroom floor was sticky, but the kitchen items were very clean. Where the rating is demoted is customer service. When getting up early in the morning, I asked the attendant if we could stay 1 more night, as our work plans changed and I saw online there were rooms available. He seemed really annoyed that I had asked. At first, he told me the same room type was not available, and when I asked about other room types, he then said there were no rooms available. I could have booked online, but his attitude had me booking at the hotel next door.

No breakfast is a weakness. I realize it's an extended stay, but not everyone stays extended. A breakfast option like many comparative hotels would be good.

The front desk attendant (Annie) was exceptionally rude to my husband at check in. I had called ahead and paid for the room before he arrived. I gave the person on the phone his name and our conversation was very pleasant and efficient. When my husband arrived, Annie insisted the room had not been paid for, and was rude to my husband when he told her it was. We will think twice before staying at this hotel again.

I like that they have rooms with separate bedrooms and 2 TVs for privacy of bigger parties. Kitchen included -- well appointed. We cooked eggs and helped us get on the road in the morning. Nice 'area' to buy food and free coffee in the lobby 24 hours.

Like the kitchenette as served our purposes and large fridge. We like dining at Timbercreek when passing through on way home from winter south and proximity of this hotel perfect. Room was spacious and liked sitting room. Will definitely stay here again. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Rooms are a great size with many amenities within a short distance of shopping and eateries.

We stopped on our way through the area and just needed a place to rest our heads. Property was clean but a bit worn. Staff were excellent. We were surprised to get a kitchenette in our room which is always a bonus if you spend more than one night. It was very quiet. Bonus - the bedroom window opened just a couple inches, always nice to get some fresh air.
