This property was walkable from the showgrounds, and the room was spacious and clean. I was disappointed in the check in not having a front desk, and not getting a receipt hard copy at the end of my stay and waiting for an emailed copy. Ok for personal bookings but not great for business trips.

The room is very spacious. We booked for two nights (Saturday and Sunday). First morning (i.e. Sunday) the breakfast was without hot food item. The second morning (i.e. Monday) we got hot food items like scrambled egg, mushroom, hashbrown, etc. So it sounds like the cook is working only on weekday?

All and all our stay was good. Great value for money. Three things that they lacked that would have made our stay better: NO face clothes and no Welcome folder like one would get at most every motel or hotel you stay at. Restaurant guide, info about services at the motel. The last one was a mirror in the main room.

Lovely room with a good kitchen

I was surprised to be asked to pay a Bond fee of $100 extra, in addition to my overnight cost. I was told the Bond would be put back into my account the next day. It is now 4 days and I have not received the Bond repayment. Awaiting a response.

Easy to find, easy to park, lots of resturants nearby and the manager was top tier, 10/10. Room was clean and comfortable. Will be staying here again in the future!

Great stay

No elevator .we stayed upstairs and n assistance was offered to carry our luggage. I am 71 years old. Room was too hot. We couldn't get the temperature reduced. Staff should come to the room with us and made sure everything was ok . We couldn't find our room initially. I wont be staying there again. Price was cheap though.

They provided a breakfast that was excellent. Scrambled egg and bacon were great. The coffee machine was amazing although I made a bit of a mess until I figured it out. The one bad thing is that it has a few steps between the rooms as the building terraces down a gradual slope. If you are older with heavy bags I can imagine it would be a struggle. The staff helped us carry our bags up. The rooms were big and comfortable although modest and a little worn. Nothing fancy but great value. The staff were really nice.

There definitely needs to be double glazing. Being awoken by the neighbour's dog was not welcomed. Had a fantastic sleep otherwise, bed and room was comfortable.

Would definitely stay again - staff were friendly, easy check in and check out.

The property is alway nice and clean and suits our needs. We have stayed here many time. Always good with free parking and breakfast
