This place has lots of good things and a few bad things that are easily fixed but they simply seem to go ignored. The good things are huge, spacious, clean rooms which can easily fit a family of five. 2 large queen beds in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the Den. Good AC and Internet available, decent breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. The bad, which is easily fixable is water dispenser empty 2 days in a row, napkins in ice cream shop are hard to find, cheese served in breakfast some days and not on others. No curtains in my room during second stay, no lobby, no swimming pool. It would be nice to offer coffee to guests or to have drinks available for purchase so you don't leave the hotel. Minor things that would make the stay and value much better and easily fixable.

Pésimo, por problemas migratorios hacia los colombianos y 128 países que colocaron visa no fue posible viajar y según hoteles.com dicen que el hotel se negó a hacer devolución del dinero. Me parece muy mal que no devuelvan absolutamente nada de toda la estadía cuando no se pudo viajar. Decepción completa

Céntrico y seguro. Habitación grande y muy cómoda. Aire acondicionado funcional pero algo viejo. Buen servicio de Internet. TV por cable con calidad de baja de video. Parqueo dentro de las instalaciones.

A great place to stay if you're looking for an economical option. Nothing spectacular, but very clean, well maintained and they have very helpful and attentive front desk staff. About 25 minutes to the airport when there's no traffic. I would stay again.

A/c kept room nice

Had a great time relaxing at this place. Staff is super on point and they don’t bother you with questions. Able to come and go as I pleased. For the price it was worth it.
