普段仕事でムンバイに滞在する際は他のホテルを選んでいたのですが、今回ムンバイで展示会があり普段のホテル代が高かったのでここに滞在しました。ロビーが簡素で到着した時に心配になりましたが、部屋はロビーから想像つかないほど綺麗でした。屋上のレストランを利用しましたが、酒類が豊富でこちらは期待以上でした。

Not at all.. bad reception bad service food not so good even they did not provide invoice on request

While the location is very convenient for the airport and the restaurant food was decent, the stay was let down by the rooms. It was raining outside (heavily), the room felt damp and humid, even with the AC on dehumidify mode. Furthermore, I only got lukewarm water at best.

The hotel room is fine for the price, the staff is really good and helpful. The hotel restaurant food is good but expensive.

My stay at T24 Residency was good. The hotel is near the International Airport (not within walking distance but 6-7 minutes by cab or rickshaw) and the metro station is barely 100 m. All the staff members: at reception, cleaning and the restaurant are really nice and very helpful. The indian food in hotel’s restaurant is really delicious and I would surely recommend it to try. The only thing which I would have wished for was flexibility of hotel’s policy to allow outside food once in a while. Otherwise no complaints and would surely recommend based on the area and price.

Hotel in a very good location - 5 mins from Terminal 2 (international and some domestic flights) 250 IRP in an Uber / rickshaw. Sufficient for a 1 night stay pre post flight but not much else around the area. Hotel was comfortable enough but for the price we paid i would have expected better value for money and better quality room when i compare to other hotels we booked in India Overalll - good hotel but a little pricey for what you get. But very convenient.

It was really nice and comfortable stay. The only thing i didn’t like was the charges of drinks and food prices in the room. The prices don’t match with what they have in the menu.

Close to the airport, clean rooms, decent amenities. Quick checkin and helpful staff.

It's a little tired and could do with an update. Comfortable enough for a one night pre or post flight since it is very close to the airport. There is a strange antique in every room concept that they decided to slice 2 feet off the room length in order to place the 'artifact' our of reach behind a window in a fake wall in front of the rooms window. Strange.

The experience was disaster, Wi-Fi wouldn’t work. The staff wasn’t responsible and responsive. The rooms are not great as shown in pictures. Definitely not a 4- star hotel.
