Great spot if you plan on taking a ferry to santorini, its a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was nice here. Only downside was paper thin walls on the first floor, youll be able to hear your neighbors if they are loud!

Schöne Anlage, freundliches Personal, alles picobello sauber, Pool & Strand sehr ansprechend. Bekamen Upgrade auf Zimmer mit Meerblick mit einem großen Balkon/Straßenseite. Allerdings sehr laut, auch nachts. Frühstück: Keine Abwechslung, kaum fettarme Produkte, Kaffeeprodukte aus dem Automaten alle gesüßt. Nette Frühstücksterrasse mit Meerblick, aber Tische dicht an dicht und Atmosphäre wie in einer Kantine. Zimmer: kein separates Badezimmer. Dusche & WC: je in einer Glasbox, vis-à-vis Waschtisch, offen im Zimmer. Dreimal haben wir Bescheid gegeben, dass das Wasser in der Dusche nicht abfließt. Auch WC-Box und Vorleger unter Wasser. Es kam zwar immer jemand, das Problem wurde aber nicht behoben. Nur 1 einziger Haken für 1 Badetuch (!), keine Haken für Kleider, nasse Badeklamotten. Bestenfalls knapp 4 Sterne. Schade!

Excellent hôtel sur la plage nous avons adoré notre séjour, la chambre était moderne et parfaite avec balcon sur la mer .Le personnel est très accueillant . Le déjeuner est copieux ,il y a de tout !! Distance de marche sur boardwalk sécuritaire même le soir pour aller au centre de Réthymnon,N’hésitez pas à réserver

A lovely hotel with all the facilities we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the service at the beach was also marked by smiles and excellent, friendly service. All in all, a wonderful experience with a high standard from start to finish

Privéstrand met gratis bedjes en parasol. Prima ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooi zwembad met strandbar. Nette kamers. Het is een half uurtje lopen over boulevard naar het hele gezellige oude stadje Rethymon met allemaal gezellige restaurantjes. Wij hadden kamer met zwembadzicht en half zeezicht, was prima.

Über die Strasse ist das Meer. Der Strand ist sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeitenden stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist topp, das Buffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich.

Sympa dans l’ensemble, juste problème de parking pas suffisant, petit déjeuner pas très original et toujours le même. Accueil pas très souriant. Femme de chambre au top. Deux capsules de café ouvertes au Check in puis facturée 1 euros. Franchement pas normal pour cette gamme de prix.

Sehr saubere, moderne Unterkunft. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen ist frisch und sehr gut gewürzt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist sauber und nicht überfüllt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal im Atlantis Beach Resort, da wir uns in dem Hotel so wohl fühlen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal immer nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer gemütlich und schön eingerichtet und die Poolanlage ist toll für Kinder und Erwachsene und ebenfalls immer tiptop sauber. Es gibt außerdem einen Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür, einen Supermarkt nebenan und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Umgebung. Die Altstadt von Rethymno ist fußläufig zu erreichen und wirklich sehenswert.

Five star hotel, exceptional customer service and brilliant location with restaurants and bars nearby and a 25min to the old town. Rooms and hotel are spotless. Buffet breakfast has excellent choices.

Had a wonderful stay. Incredibly helpful staff, good pool area, loved the beach subbed with good service. Really good location and walkable to the old town with plenty of food options around if you didn’t want to walk far.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Alle sprechen gut englisch und man fühlt sich wohl. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keinen frischen Orangensaft zum Frühstück gibt und nur Filterkaffee oder aus einem Automaten. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Dafür punktet das Hotel mit seiner gepflegten Anlage und der Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit, wie ich es selten erlebt habe.

Tip Top würden wieder buchen!

Lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet. We had breakfast included there was great variety.

Good location - 35 mins walk from town centre. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Well mantained swimming pool and good rooms. However, there were quite a few bits that i expect from a '5-star' property that were missing. 1) the breakfast had variety, but the quality was poor - the baked good were bad, the fruits werent fresh, the scrambled eggs were soggy... 2) the gym is very very small and equipement is incorrectly set up and out of order 3) the air conditioning was very finicky - had to press random setting combinations to get it working!

A fantastic location with an expansive patio/pool complex, good restaurant/bar, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff that speak English.

We had a fantastic family Reunion here. The staff are super accommodating. The spa was a great treat, the pool fun to hang out and the food was delicious and varied.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Plenty of options to eat out nearby and within walking distance to the town centre.
