From check in to check out, the stay was excellent….Staff were great…. Location very near Subway and other transit…. Excellent Stay

Excellent value

It’s closer to Columbia medical campus and it’s kind of next to a street that feels run down. The bath towels have tears in them and I have noticed it each time (total of 2 stays) I stayed here. My son lives near by and we stayed here due to the proximity.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was great! They were friendly, helpful and very courteous! The rooms are very small but incredibly clean

Dominic was very welcoming and gave us a free early check in. The Edge is super close to the A subway line and if you need to be further uptown, this Hotel is a great place to stay. Had a nice gym and lounge area where you could sit and eat or just relax. Convenient location and a different experience staying in the Heights vs Midtown.

loved, the helpfulness, courtesy and professionalism of desk staff named Dominic. Our stay included 5 rooms, but we will only return if Dominic is at the desk or the managing the property and staff.

This was a great hotel in Washington Heights. The staff was very helpful in recommending just about anything that you might need in the area.

Eric was terrific! Friendly, helpful and all round great person. Gave us restaurant suggestions, map and greeted us each time we passed him at the desk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very cool experience. Would highly recommend to friends

Okay hotel but they charged me for an extra night I didn't use after agreeing not to due to early check out.

The staff was very accommodating. We got into our room early, and they brought extra sheets quickly. The AC was on or off, and ended up so cold it caused condensation in my phone & it wouldn't work for a bit. Other than that, it was a great stay and space.

Checked in for an early morning medical appointment at the hospital the next morning. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was quiet and renovated. Bath could use better cleaning attention. Bed was not very comfortable and moved (rocked) and the air conditioning system was difficult to navigate for this guest. A solid 3 stars. Price was one factor as well.

Needed to have procedure at Columbia New York Presbyterian Hospital and location of hotel was excellent. We could walk to appointment at Milstein Building.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was all clean and new. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because my last night there a couple was fighting, arguing and throwing stuff around in the hallway at midnight to the point where I felt unsafe. The front desk refused to kick these people out when I called. It got to the point where I had to call the cops, who were there in less than 5 minutes. It was a domestic dispute but I got no sleep that night and they wouldn’t kick the couple out even though they broke property and disturbed everyone on that floor for a couple hours in the middle of the night. The manager did call and apologize the next day and refunded me one night out of my five night stay but I just don’t know if I’d go back. It’s too bad because my daughter just moved to the neighborhood and that is supposed to be the best hotel around there.

The staff from the reception to the maintenance as well as Housekeeping were excellent and friendly. The hotel was very accessible to public transportation.
