A part of a 10 day Lebanon family trip. This hotel was over the top when it came to service and hospitality. Not much to do around the hotel although I sneaked into neighboring Dona Maria for a beer by the pool 😀 A short taxi ride from supernice Byblos. The hotel was by far the best we experienced in Lebanon. The rooms were one of the nicest I have experienced around the world. However what really made it was the people serving in this hotel - from Mary in the reception to the super friendly staff in restaurant. Friendly, attentive and always smiling. Highly recommended!

Everything about this property was extremely fantastic! But honestly the best thing about this place is experience and the reason for that is because of the people that work there I stayed there for one week and I felt like they were part of my family when I left the people that work in a restaurant people who work in the lobby so accommodating and so friendly to me just like all the people in Beirut! Thank you so much for everything!
