The hotel is in great condition The staff were outstanding and accommodating We loved the location in the valley and did a wine tasting close by which was excellent

We enjoyed the spa options and the quiet environment made for a very relaxing weekend. We were able to visit a winery with assistance from the staff and drive through the beautiful Douro Valley.

À notre arrivée aucune aide pour les bagages,en arrivant dans la chambre verre salé,pas de mini bar,pas de coffre fort,niveau restaurant 2 tables et une serveuse absente pendant le service. Le SPA: bien mais jacuzzi dysfonctionnel et hammam tiède… Porte de l’ascenseur rouillée.

Lovely hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The spa was heaven as the indoor pool, hot tub and Turkish bath were included. I didn't see the sense in having to buy the shower cap/swimming cap as it wasn't waterproof

We feel that you should improve your services.

Nice room with a view of hills. Comfortable. With more people in the hotel the sound carries. The spa is not hot but it was adequate for water aerobics. Good shower and internet in my room and spacious. Breakfast was amazing.

Foi uma estadia agradável, bom serviço geral, bom spa. Pequeno almoço razoável. Nota-se que o hotel é bastante antigo, mas no geral proporciona uma estadia agradável

Receptionist was not helpful with river cruises, pointed to brochures. It was end of tourist season so river cruises, restaurants were minimal. Rooms were large and clean.

amazing facilities including free spa in an area that has seen better days but is hoping for regeneration from new thermal baths. not easiest to get to but pinhao less than an hour away

Maybe it was a bit after the main season but it felt understaffed otherwise, everything was per our expectations.

Las instalaciones estaban súper limpias así como la ropa de cama y toallas Me hubiera gustado que mi habitación tuviese vistas Fue decepcionante .Tampoco tenía tetera como pude ver en las fotos La iluminación de las habitaciones era pobre La cama muy cómoda así como las almohadas Personal correcto Ningún detalle a pesar de ser mi aniversario de boda .No tiene parking gratuito Solamente 5 plazas en la entrada al hotel .A pesar de ello se puede aparcar en los alrededores.

Tres bon sejour. Super hotel avec bonne piscine et spa. Ma chambre avait vu sur le Douro. Franchement au Top.
