The views are incredible!

The Hotel was beautiful and the service was great

Unfriendly staff. None of the desk staff could string together more than a single word for any question and none welcomed us when we arrived. They just grunted and stared at their phones. Great looking room, with a wonderful view of the waterfalls. Horrible breakfast that resembled the kind of things wrapped in plastic you'd find at a 7-11, not a hotel charging $450 per night. In sum, this is a very expensive motel, and not a hotel worth recommending or returning to.

This is a wonderful choice if visiting the Saugerties area. It is a little pricey but it’s set in a beautiful are, has a balcony with a view and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very accommodating as well.

This is such a charming little spot with amazing views of the waterfalls! There are plenty of cool places nearby, all within a quick 10-minute walk. Just a heads-up, the bugs can be a bit of a nuisance, so be sure to keep your screen closed at all times (they even have you sign a form for it!). Also, the TV didn’t seem to be working too well.

Everything is excellent and clean, great bed great amenities- the water fall trail is rough but the view from the balcony is beautiful

I found it if I booked this morning instead of last night the room was $35 less!

The hotel was nice but the surrounding area is a litt

We had a great experience. We love the view from our deck. Only I have a little suggestion with the table and chairs on the deck - they’re too high for the deck it feels like you going to fly out of the deck, especially if you travel with kids, it will extremely hazardous, plus they are kind of difficult to reach and seat comfortably. That is the only negative comment that can be improved. Otherwise the rest of the room was very comfortable and impeccably clean, I love it!! Also I love the sound of the waterfall 👌👌 definitely I recommended.

Staff is NASTY knocked on my door because it was 11:10am and I was stil not out! Paid $445 just for one night!!!

This was our third stay at Diamond Mills and I think there needs to be some updates before I would ever pay almost $500 a night again. The sliding door didn’t close all the way which let in numerous spiders. Cobwebs were in the corners of the rooms near the sliding door. The cushions on the chairs outside were covered in black mold.

The bedroom is great, especially with the view of the little waterfall. Food is amazing, and lobby service was impeccable.

This place was amazing, the view absolutely cannot be beat. On top of that adults can enjoy free access to a really cool spa across the river. Super relaxing to enjoy the jacuzzis and sauna by the river and a cold plunge to get the endorphins flowing. Every staff member was kind and welcoming. Thank you all!
