Not a very passionate checking in staff. Seems uncaring about their customers. Breakfast basic and not interesting. Save your money. Coffee is bad. Go to Starbucks around the corner. Ok for a stay for one night. Booked because of location.

Previous stay was bitten by mosquitos, but not this time. The guests were happy spending the night in the rooms without complaint. Thank you.

We spent the night feeding mosquitos whole night in the hotel room. The kids got bit on the arms and legs with many red lumps on their skin everywhere. It was a sleepless terrible night fighting the bloody mosquitos. It ruins the initial impression given us from the nice external environment of the hotel. Because of this experience we can't give it more than 3 stars.

Hotel located within walking distance to lots of shops. Hotel is very clean, very quiet. I would stay here again. It’s a 10 stars for me

No food available after 9pm and there is also no ATM at the hotel or nearby, which makes it difficult to buy food at the restaurants outside that were open. Otherwise are the room and bed very nice. Staff is so-so, not very helpful or eager to help. No one to greet when arriving and helping with the taxi.

Hotel lobby is very beautiful, like European palace, hotel staff service is good and polite, the room is also very clean, no smell, this stay experience was wonderful next time

God choice if you need to be close to south railway station. Comfortable and nice staff

酒店比我想象嘅要好好多，间房舒服，光线柔和，颜色暖，仲有香薰，呢度有个花园，有个游水池，晚上会好靓，工作人员都好有礼貌，热烈好客，我真系好中意留喺呢度。旅途好开心。

房間整潔度ok，我和丈夫早上起床發現臉上及手上有被蚊／昆蟲咬紅印，未知是房內有蚊還是有蚤！

Hotel is decent and clean with a fairly nice pool. That said, we had to call maintenance twice to fix our lights. Pool hours posted were 7:00 AM-9:30 PM, but when asked if they could open the pool for us (at 3 PM) they initially said we had to wait until 5 PM. Many websites say that this is a 5-star hotel, but it is definitely 4-star! Lastly, the breakfast was a huge let down. Hours are from 7-10:30. We arrived at 9:30 almost all of the food and condiments were gone. They replenished everything after 10:00 and by that time we were done eating. Funny thing is around 10:10 they started trying to shoo people out..?? Customer service is pretty poor here!

Wifi speed is really poor.. signal lost from time to time. Further when I got check in, during about 40 minutes there is only one service guy and the reception, and it took 40 minutes to help one family and I to get check in. I can't recommend such a hotel at 2020.

If you expect to have laundry done at this hotel stay someplace else. I sent my laundry out with the front desk/housekeeping and the laundry was not delivered to the laundry and when I inquired about it we had to hunt it down so I could leave with 2 bags of DIRTY LAUNDRY This hotel is not on my list of places to stay in Foshan. The staff was cordial but severely lacking in English skills. For an international hotel I would have expected a larger number of staff to be able to speak english

訂了幾間房，同一樓層，其中2間冷氣是不夠，又有住客開住個房門食煙，全層都是煙味，但令我最不滿是明明我訂的房間，好清楚寫明是2張雙床房，不是2張單床房，但到酒店取房時全都是2張單人床房，問及酒店職員，她們說我們沒有2張雙人床的房間，那為何hotels.com有不同的床房描述，因為是想訂2張雙人床房間，不然都不會選擇這種的房間。

酒店裝修略有殘舊,前台職員動作欠敏捷,樓層大堂有異味!應是中間木頭及地毡吸收了長久煙味引致,可以有提升空間。但我此行預约了2房間都被 upgrade 至套實屬意外驚喜。房間床褥非常舒適，浴室整潔,尤其浴缸潔白，高度評價。唯一美中不尺是房間向停車塲,略有嘈吵

I stayed here on a business trip. My room was clean and comfortable, checking in was fast and easy, and the staff was very helpful, especially with arranging transportation out of Shunde. The property was in a great location for my meetings in Shunde and I would definitely stay here again. I'd like to give special thanks to the concierge; after I missed by bus to Shunde Harbor the concierge acting quickly to arrange a reliable and inexpensive taxi ride for me. I made it to my boat on time thanks to his effort!

I enjoyed my stay at Wyndham Foshan...the front desk staff was extremely helpful to all my needs. The breakfast buffet was good and the manager made sure I had fresh hot coffee. There is a mall right next to the hotel...many shops and restaurants. The only improvement I see is the carpet in the room was filthy dirty and stained.

Just stayed one quick night on business trip after flying into guangzhou pretty late. Very nice hotel for the price, breakfast buffet was very nice with western and chinese options of a full buffet breakfast. Service was good and rooms was excellent.
