Spent over an hour trying to check in. The staff was not familiar with Expedia, or the fact that you could book and pay via Expedia.

Está bien el cuarto, solo la ventana, que es traslúcida. del jacuzi, no tiene cortina y como el jacuzi está en el cuarto a unos pasos de la cama, pues por las mañanas entra la luz. El jacuzi es para dos personas, con luces led, muy bonito y agradable

Muy buen servicio, el personal bastante amable y servicial, habitacion muy confortable, su restaurant terraza con vista a la ciudad y los alimentos de muy buena calidad.

Terrible, el hotel está en remodelación y hubo ruido todo el tiempo, no pudimos descansar nada

It was so loud and parts of the hotel are under construction.

One of the worst places that you can stay. Pictures are not accurate of what is the reality. Stay out of this place. Mattress so hard linen all stained is just horrible place.

La atencio muy buenas , pero estaba en mantenimineto el hotel y ocasionaban mucho ruido , se escucha muchi ruido en las habitacion por la buya de los carros

Flight was delayed overnight, so I booked a hotel closer to the airport. Although only there for four hours - it was very nice. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming to a weary traveler at 11PM.

Was asked to leave the key from the room at the front desk every time I get out . Breakfast was empty and never was refill

The food at the restaurant was very good.
