It's a nice hotel.

Nice hotel but won't be staying at one again as i prefer 2 separate rooms for a family stay. Breakfast closed at 9 which seemed early and was for my teens.

The woman at the front desk when we checked in was incredibly helpful as we have never been to the area. She helped with advice for parking and where to walk and not walk after dark. So kind.

Everything was great

The way that Expedia described the room that I wanted to reserve was misleading. I wanted a King room, and that is what i thought I was reserving. When I arrived at the hotel I was given a double with two Queen beds. It turns out that the King bed was an “option” but it was not guaranteed. Be careful, and read all of the fine print.

Great customer service checking in. Had a room that smelled like smoke. Quickly resolved. Very nice rooms. Parking right next door.

The room smelt of smoke and made the attendant aware of this and they did listen and was concerned about it. The service was excellent and the breakfast was good overall not bad but a shuttle service would have been nice

Hotels is walking distance from the distilleries,restaurants and shopping

Staff was friendly, lobby smelled like weed. Glad parking was adjacent to hotel.

Everything was nice except the lady at the front desk was short she did not want to be there.

In town for a track meet. Very convenient. Close to lots of great restaurants...would recommend Doc Crows! Room was very quite. Bed was really comfortable!

Made the reservation while on the road. After finding this hotel we knew we couldn’t stay there. It was a very scary part of Louisville: Homeless people wandering all over. We would have to park on parking garage across from hotel. We did not feel safe leaving our car after a month long vacation with all our stuff in the car. We are hoping to get a credit for the room which we never checked into. Hotel was not even close to fully booked.

Bathroom issues the hole time!!! Not a safe area.
