This was an excellent stay everything was outstanding

Everything was top notch except air conditioning unit fan was extremely loud and had a high pitched whine. Was hard to hear and sleep at some points. Bed was very comfortable.

Was so refreshing after staying in a dive motel for the day before and day of the Kentucky Derby. Good value for the room price.

Ohjäpsam personal som var väldigt oklar med att tillhandahålla parkering. Fanns massor av alternativ men blev pålurade dyrt parkeringshus för 3 dygn när det bara hade behövts ca 1,5. Fina bullar till frukost Bra med frukostbuffé.

Got charged a 25 USD per room security deposit …not sure what for as there is no minibar. I did not consume anything but deposit is not being returned so far.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, nice rooms, bathrooms a little run down.. Central location

Front desk clerk Shay was really helpful and knowledgeable of local restaurants and activities

Staff was very helpful and courteous - room was great. But - homeless people were outside - some slept there.

1 night stay to see the Louisville Slugger Factory which was a short walk away. Easy parking, great free breakfast. Shay at the front desk is a gem! Very welcoming and helpful. Her suggestion of Mussels & Burgers for dinner was spot on!

Unreasonable parking charges, parking not on site. The coffee maker didn’t work, microwave was broken.

Stay one night as a stopover returning home from Chicago convenient location that our needs

Everything was good except the check in clerk was not good: rude, not patient and always not on the front desk.

It was amazing.

Breakfast was delicious!

Front desk person did not accommodate disabled guest when trying to book for another night and said there was no other room available when there was.

Excellent location to go around everywhere without car.
