Pictures did not reflect the room. Not very clean, bugs everywhere. Would not recommend.

Weird Check in, dated rooms with lots of stains/damages, staff was great

We stayed in the apartment room and were a little underwhelmed to say the least. The property overview says the front desk is 24/7, while our reservation information says check in ends at 10. I phoned ahead as we would be a little late and I was told we would do self check -in (great, I don’t have to disturb anyone). The entrance to the apartment is around back, and up a bunch of stairs - it was dark back there and the motion sensors only picked up movement after walking a few steps in the dark, on uneven surface. When I arrived up to the apartment, none of the entrance light switches worked and I had to use my phones flashlight to find the pull string for the kitchen. The light switches for the bedrooms also weren’t attached to the lamps at the time, so I had to fiddle around and get them all working. There were holes in the linens and the “single pull-out couch” was just a couch that they thought someone might want to sleep on? The saving grace was it was clean, and the air conditioner worked. Sign on the wall of the room said breakfast was from 7-9 (also breakfast is mentioned on the property overview) so we went down to get some food, and the office and everything were locked up. We gave up at this point and packed everything up just to get out.

Small and quiet motel on the lake. No staff present on checkin, but easy to do over the phone. Rooms are clean with recent flooring. Small flat screen TV on the wall. Staff was friendly when I met them. And easy to communicate with. Bbq on site to use as well.

The stay was great . The area was wonderful. Great for vacation

Very convenient for catching the ferry in the morning. The property needs a little love but the rooms were clean and the location was great.

No one on site to do a check in, had to call to see how to get into the room. My booking said that breakfast is included and inside the room tells you breakfast hours, however, when we woke up early to go eat, the door was locked. I called again, no breakfast… no instructions on how to checkout, so had to call once again. No housekeeping unless you request it which is odd. The room was okay, clean ish, there was used soap left in the shower from the previous guest. No spare toilet paper so had to wait to find the housekeeper.

No one was there it check us in. Had to call to get room number. Very old looking motel that desperately needs an update. It was clean. Room did not look anything like those shown on website. Possibly new management in the process of renovating but still needs a lot of work and website was deceptive.

Looks out from ahigh, across a small lake to other resorts. Steep driveway but easy parking because it was not booked up solid.

The motel has agreat view to the lake. The rooms are basic and a bit dated. The bed was comfortable. The TV was working, but we needed to figure it out. The bathroom was old, and the sink was blocked and drained very slowly. The internet was spotty. There was no staff on site. There was no breakfast in the morning either as the ad stated. The motel is ok for a quick stop.

We booked through Booking .com, for a pet friendly room. Upon arrival they told us that our room was not pet friendly and that the booking sites didn’t know which rooms were for pets and that we had to book directly with the hotel to arrange for that. Our friend who had also stayed there said he contacted the hotel directly and was told to book through a booking site. ??? The front desk person then left and told us to show our friend which room he was in. There was no restaurant as showed on line. There was no coffee in the room, The TV did not work. There was no ice machine, even though there was an ice bucket in the room. Please stay somewhere else, there are lots of nice motels in Yarmouth. Nice town!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dirty!

Old, barely anything to cook with in the kitchen, smelled, tv from the 80’s, other guests sitting outside smoking pot- were in the same spot in the morning. At least the beds were decent and the bathroom was clean.

There was no silverware, or pan for the oven. The Tv didn’t work and there was a beeping in the room every second. We were switched to different room after that. Unfortunately there was no kitchen but it was better compared to the previous room.

Room was not clean. Floors were dirty. Main lobby was closed. Had to call a number to talk to someone to deliver towels. Staff only available at a certain time as they worked another job during the night. No breakfast available as was stated on the Expedia website. Unfortunately, I will not rebook this property. Disappointed as I stayed last summer and it was very nice.

there is no personal contact with any staff. you get there,have to call someone to tell you which room is yours. Also no hair dryer in the room.

On arrival office was closed. Had to call a number. Manager was beyond rude to me because I had a dog with me where I was promptly charged. The floors in the room were very dirty. Site says breakfast, there was none or a coffee maker. In fact I was the only room rented on the property. There totally alone. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not

Kein Frühstück, obwohl im Preis inbegriffen. Besitzer war nicht erreichbar. Im Zimmer sehr starker Schimmelgeruch. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert

The room was very clean and comfortable...staff were excellent..amble parking space left early so didnt have breakfast..very happy everything
