We really loved our stay at Inn at Cheltenham Parade. Our room had a lovely big comfortable bed with great facilities. The veggie breakfast was delicious and we would stay here again!

Excellent spot in the centre of Town, Great Breakfast - rooms a little dated but well worth the price!

Really central place to stay. Good food nice staff.

I would not rate this hotel as 4 star when we arrived told don't do dog friendly rooms anymore ? informed it wouldn't be a problem. The room we were given had water damage on the ceiling not a nice room. The second room was a little better but unfortunately the emergency light in the room was faulty flashing all night. The next morning we had no electricity in the room given a discount would not say again.

Like being next to a Grand Prix with a heavy metal band playing.

Fantastic large top floor bedroom-no good for guests with mobility issues as 49 steps to the room! Lovely and spacious with free standing bath and separate shower. Cosy balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast was first class although menu a bit confusing ie-were you allowed cereal as well as or instead of a cooked breakfast. My only gripe was the parking which was first come first served (and one guest parked very selfishly over the white line while we were there) so slightly unfair that some guests paying almost £17 for multi storey car parking across the road whilst others don’t-therefore having cheaper accommodation overall. Would definitely stay again though and highly recommend. Great central position. Super friendly staff.

What a beautiful hotel. Everything has the best attention to detail. I loved the room it was perfect. Breakfast absolutely nicest Yorkshire fry with the tastiest scrambled egg I’ve ever eat.

Fabulous staff , the hotel is due a refurbish. The Breakfast was great. Good stay overall just needs a bit of TLC

We were able to obtain one of the allocated parking spaces. All staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. Staff went the extra mile. Weather was awful on the Sunday morning (lots of snow) and they helped us get the car out which took a bit of effort. All done in good humour. We would stay again.

Friendly and rustic pub inn with high quality breakfast menu. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our short New Years short trip was fantastic. Staying at the Inn was wonderful. The Inn looked beautiful, still had the Christmas decorations up The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast delicious! The only negative is, there isn't a self serve option., ie juice, yogurt or cereal. Staff did come up more than once to ask if any more drinks were needed. The inn is in a great location and we will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a lovely overnight stay in the penthouse suite between Christmas and New Year. The room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a space in the property’s carpark so parked in the multi storey carpark close by. The location is very central. Most of the staff were friendly and attentive, apart from one of the bar tenders, who we found to be quite rude and arrogant.

Lovely place. Car park small but just managed to sneak on. Nice room, great shower, bed a bit on soft side but comfy enough. Locations great for the bars & restaurants in the centre. Breakfast was fantastic, staff & service were brilliant throughout.
