well located, right on the Highway and walkable from Airport

The entrance to this hotel was always an issue and still is an issue.

Lovely hotel with amazing rooms and bathroom. Everything was first class and the meal in the restaurant was excellent.

The main reason for my stay being the runway views which didn't disappoint! Overall the room was very spacious and well equipped. The location was ideal, within 15mins of the international terminal. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

was not offered breakfast that I purchased as part of my package with Expedia. I informed both. Neither expressed any concern. I did not waste time sorting it out, but will keep this mind when I book my next hotel via Expedia or consider where to stay during my next trip to Mumbai

This property is not anymore my favorite in Mumbai after the experience this time. The furniture is tired with stains, customer service is not consistent - the worst are the front office people. I am not going to stay here anymore.

Very good servic upon middle of night arrival and check in

Har bott på taj många gånger och alltid gillat. Dock inte på just detta och det blev en konstig vistelse då det vid incheckningen bekräftades att vi hade en voucher som sedan inte fanns. Och det gjorde att vår middag stördes kanske 7ggr av att folk knackade på och ringde. Poolområdet skulle passa bättre på ett fängelse, otroligt deppig miljö.

They messed up the room allocation at check in and took ages to sort this out - it was 5am and became annoying. Service was otherwise good. Great location for T1 direct walk way or buggy to T1. Food is extortionately priced. Otherwise a clean comfortable and relaxing hotel. Great view's of the runway
