Very nice 4 star hotel. Excellent location made exploring Barcelona very easy. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Highly recommend and look forward to next stay

We loved our hotel H10 Cubic and the people working there like Joseph and Fati were the best and gave us fabulous restaurant locations like Tomahawk Barcelona and Citizens Cafe. The roof top bar was a treat with great guacamole and drinks!

The staff amazing from the minute I stepped out of taxi. A gentleman came out the door to grab my luggage. Extremely friendly and accommodating to any need H10 will be the only place I stay in Barcelona. Thank you

The hotel is centrally located and offers a comfortable stay. The rooftop has a handful of sunloungers and a cold “pool” to dip your toes in. Delicious guacamole and tortillas, ok cocktails nothing too special. We specifically booked this hotel as both on hotels.com and the hotels own website it notes rooms can be made up as a kind / twin. We were travelling as a group of four friends with two rooms so twin beds were required. Upon check-in, we were informed that in fact the hotel does not have twin rooms. It was a little late at that stage to find this out. The front desk staff did not handle this particularly well, one male member of the team was quite rude, it was almost made out to be our fault. We had been given an upgrade which meant we could have two separate beds but that was more due to my hotels.com status than the hotel trying to be accommodating. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to have been notified prior to the stay so we could have alternative arrangements, we were left with no choice but to accept which for some may have been uncomfortable. The breakfast was good, lots of choice including cava. The breakfast staff were the best of all the staff we encountered, very friendly and helpful. Note: they have amenity kits in the rooms but do not provide cotton buds or cotton pads which was odd. I asked if they were missing from kit and was rudely informed by the reception staff they are not included.

The stay was wonderful everyone was very attentive that all our needs were met. Breakfast was delicious and all the ladies very polite. Ana helped us during check in and check out .. it was a true pleasure staying at H10 Cubik.

Best 4* hotel I have ever stayed in - when things go wrong they fixed it immediately with a smile and when things went well they were genuinely happy for us. The involved themselves with all our needs and even thanked us at the end with a bottle of champagne and cakes. Rooms were great with a real Queen Size beds, air con really efficient and almost silent, I was treated to a free breakfast and it looked the best in every kind of food you might wish to have in the morning including making individual coffees when asked to do so, fresh baked goods and almost a full cooked menu. All the females in reception staff were very helpful and males (especially the one with glasses) was superb even carrying my case to the taxi...thank you H10 Cubik you made our very special weekend even more special.

Toller Aufenthalt. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer zweckmässig, Badezimmer sehr geräumig (genügend Ablagefläche), Frühstück teuer aber hervorragend. Lage perfekt!

The hotel is beautiful and has a cool style. The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile. It was my wife’s birthday and I didn’t even tell them but they must have seen it on her passport and when we came back to the room after a nice dinner, they had left a complimentary bottle of bubbly and deserts with a birthday card. Very classy and my wife was touched. They rock!

Das erste Zimmer ging zum Innenhof ohne Fenster und stank nach Rauch. Wir bekamen nach einer Beschwerde ein neues Zimmer mit einem Upgrade (Fenster nach außen). Das Zimmer war ok, insgesamt hatte ich jedoch aufgrund der guten Bewertungen mehr erwartet. Zimmer ohne Fenster nach außen, gehen gar nicht.

Lovely hotel. Check in was smooth and quick. The room was very comfortable, quiet with a great bathroom and shower. The rooftop bar was beautiful, nice spot for drinks and eats. All staff helpful, pleasant and professional. Location was great for all the sights Barcelona has to offer.

Great location and splendid service from the receptionists! They gave us that extra that really elevated our stay! If you like to be able to walk your way around the city, this is a great location! But rooms not worth the price.. ecspecially if you end up on lower floors. They did not feel 4-star. Also I was baffled by the strange way room service made the beds, we had to re-do it ourselves every day. Plus, the bed made sounds every time you turned. Stay away from hotel breakfast, not good and not worth price. Pros: - The service! Staff were lovely! - location, close to a lot and not too noisy even though central - rooms were sound isolated well Cons: - Rooms a bit over-priced, did not feel luxuary - Awful bedding techinque by room servcie - Bed made noise when moving - ”View towards city” that you pay extra for not really true, only if upper floors - Hotel breakfast, really expansive and you do not get a lot (slow service and not a great offer).
