Our Junior Suite was well laid out, clean and everything worked….except WiFi in the room is below average and occasionally not working well or dropped. This seems to be a H10 issue as we had a similar issue in other cities. Pillows were not good, even though they provided 3 per person. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check-in was delayed as our room was not ready till an hour after normal time. All in all a good 4 nights in Barcelona.

Such a wonderful welcoming property

The staff of the H10 Cubik was extremely cooperative and sympathetic to our situation. On our day of arrival, Barcelona had a huge Marathon which shut down regular traffic routes and halted most buses. We had to WALK our luggage some 25 minutes AROUND the runners to the hotel; not an easy feat for senior citizens. Upon arrival, the front desk could see that we were NOT HAPPY..!! They processed the paperwork quickly and helped diffuse an ugly mood. Well done.! During our entire stay...they were consumate professionals.

Zimmer waren sauber . Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut das Zimmer war auch teuer aber es war es wert

抜群の立地です。フロントスタッフはいつもきちんと挨拶してくれました。屋上からサグラダファミリアが見えるとの事で、夜景を楽しみに行ってみました。バーもレストランも利用しなくても、すごく感じよく対応してくださり、安全に夜のサグラダファミリアの写真を撮ることができました。ありがとうございました。 ただ、VIP Accessのドリンク一杯というのがいただけなかったのが残念です。ウェルカムドリンクのことですよね。

The hotel was located In Barcelona near many restaurants and the near the Gothic quarters. All in walking distance of the hop on and hop off bus stop to explore the city is highly recommended.

Excelente hotel! Quarto limpo, confortável, silencioso e com ótimo tamanho ( pegamos o de fundos). Equipe de funcionários muito amável, um agradecimento especial à Alex ( 2), à Faty e à Fernanda que nos atendeu no café da manhã ( brasileira). Café da manhã maravilhoso! Começar muito bem o dia, com alimentação variada e ainda com possibilidade de escolher opções de cardápio ( ovos, tortilha, Bauru, churros com chocolate). Outro destaque: a localização é espetacular!! Próximo a tudo!! Adoramos a estadia!

Really good hotel. The H10 Metropolitan is still slightly better from a conference perspective, but a drink on the rooftop at H10 Cubik is lovely!
