The place is clean as the owner 's are always cleaning the common areas. Last two days the place was under renovation of main area, so a little dusty and noisy. It wasn't a deal breaker. The unit we stayed at was on the second floor. Water pressure was really weak to the point that taking a shower took longer and we had to hold onto the shower head so more water would come out and eventually the water heater would work. The first night the Aircon took a long time to cool, maybe electricity was weak due to some other guests were present. After the 1st night, Aircon worked well as we are the only remaining guests for the remainder of the 3 nights. Overall, the place was clean and aesthetically pleasing, but I found the mirrors too much in the bathroom. Another bad design was the door of the bathroom is aluminum glass door in which you can see the person in the bathroom from the room. We also asked the owner to cover the glass window as no blinds are present, again, you can be seen from the next door building. The owner said they can't see inside as it is mirrored glass. I beg to disagree, especially at night when the light is on the bathroom, definitely privacy is a problem unless your an exhibitionist. The place was a little cheap as they have all these fake designer sheets, pillow case, curtains, etc. Invest in better plain white bedsheets with higher thread count as your guest will be more happy then fake designer logo that doesn't have a good feel. Towels can also be improved as it is not observant. The location is great if you want to be close to restaurants and stores. Beach can be accessed in different places which are walking distance from the resort.

Kami telah ditendang apabila kami cuba untuk mendaftar masuk kerana pemilik membuat kami menunggu selama 2 jam apabila bilik-bilik lain boleh diterima. Tidak disyorkan dan harganya terlalu tinggi untuk perkhidmatan semacam ini. Rasanya seperti bandar hantu kerana hotel ini mempunyai 0 orang tanpa pelanggan setiap hari di kawasan aktiviti utamanya.

Perkhidmatan pelanggan yang hebat. Kakitangan yang menyenangkan dan menampung. Bilik luas dan sangat bersih. Pasti akan mengesyorkan mereka kepada keluarga dan rakan-rakan. Terima kasih banyak kepada pemilik yang menyambut kami semasa mendaftar masuk.

Pemilik dan kakitangannya sangat ramah dan menampung. Bilik itu bersih dan makanan juga hebat. Pasti akan kembali !!! ❤️
