Fantastisk service och bemötande från Barbara som såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde. Det fanns till och med solkräm, solstolar, parasoll och strandhanddukar att låna. Helt okej läge, en dygnet runt öppen supermarket precis utanför. Bra AC. Dörren in till receptionen är väldigt svår att låsa upp och knarrar väldigt högljutt. Hotels information gällande sängar stämmer inte, vi bokade avsiktligt en dubbelsäng, en enkelsäng och en bäddsoffa men enkelsäng fanns inte.

An absolutely seamless stay from start to finish. Excellent communication and the hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Very helpful guiding us with where to explore and how best to enjoy our stay.

It was perfect for my friend and I for the week. We had a suite with a queen bed bedroom and a queen sized pull out sofa. Kitchen has all essentials. There was a shop on the adjacent corner and a park with outside cafe across the street. We could walk to the beach, shopping district, and loads of places to end in 15 mins or less. Would definitely stay again and recommend. The lobby is only staffed during the day which was not a problem at all. I had constant contact with staff via WhatsApp and they were very pleasant.

Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personal. Komfortabelt, rent og pent rom, vendig god seng, fint bad og praktisk kjøkken. De hentet søppel og skiftet sengtøy og håndklær flere ganger i uken og spurte hver dag om det var noe jeg trengte. Vindu mot en gate og park. Ikke så godt lydisolert, men heldigvis en rolig gate.

This was the perfect location for our stay, very close to everything. The full apartment allowed us flexibility to cook ourselves or each out. The apartment was large and spacious but did need a little upgrading. In fact, that's what they are doing and it should be completed by end of March 2025 so it will be amazing once done. The hosts were super kind and helpful, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for lovely stay, we will be back soon!

Great location, very clean, good bed, very friendly and helpful personnel. Many restaurants and cafes nearby, walking distance from central shopping area and El Corte Ingles. Parking can be challenging.

Ren o fin lägenhet med fullutrustat kök som ligger i en våning med flera andra lgh. Det finns tvättmaskin etc. Perfekt läge, 5 minuter att gå till gamla stan, 10 till tågstationen, 20 minuter till sandstrand. Återkommer gärna.

Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. Our credit card number was manually recorded including cv #, this is not standard practice in 2024!

The staff member at reception, Barbara, was very nice and helpful and informative. The apartment itself was good, though for me, a bit dark and lacking light from outside. The location was close to the center, but unfortunately, the streets around are quite dirty and there are quite a few homeless and drunk men in the area that make it unclean and feel less safe.

Das Apartment war sehr modern und mit allen voll ausgestattet. Es gab eine voll ausgestattete Küche und auch Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine waren vorhanden. Eine große Flache Wasser wurde von der Unterkunft gestellt. Die Umgebung war sehr gut. Man war in ca. 20 min. am Strand und im Standzentrum war ca. 15 min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gab viele Restaurant und Cafés in der Nähe des Apartments. Ein Supermarkt, der bis Mitternacht geöffnet hatte, war direkt gegenüber dem Apartment. Der Bus C2 zum Flughafen war nur ca. 5 min. entfernt. Was nicht gut war, war der Service. Das Apartment bezeichnet sich als Serviced Apartment. Da erwarte ich, dass zumindest die Rezeption von 9 bis 22 Uhr besetzt ist. Die Rezeptionistin kam nur für ein paar wenige Stunden am Vormittag kurz vorbei. Sie war auch nicht sehr freundlich. Bei jeder kleinen Frage hatte man das Gefühl, sie zu belästigen. Als geputzt wurde, wurde allerdings das Bad nicht geputzt. Bei unseren gesamten Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen wurde kein einziges Mal das Bad richtig geputzt. Der Check in funktionierte nicht, obwohl ich meine Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt hatte, wurde mir nicht geöffnet als ich ankam. Ich musste mehr 15 min. vor verschlossener Tür stehen bis per Zufall ein Gast kam, der einen Schlüssel für das Apartment hatte und mich rein ließ. Die Frau an der Rezeption entschuldigte sich noch nicht erstmal dafür, dass sie mir nicht geöffnet hatte, als ich klingelte.
