One of the cleanest and well stocked breakfast areas I have seen. Staying in hotels over 50 nights per year you get to appreciate small details like that. Thank you!

Free breakfast: need to Have warm options available. The staff must be more friendly when asked about the breakfast. A sold couple asked for help with the water machine and the guy just went nerd explaining how it works with the screen and never took rhe 1 minute or less to just show them how is done. The old couple were just standing and watching and didn’t understood the thing. Then other guy tried to get waffles and screwed up the machine, the guy came and disconnected and left it there just like that. Coffee: terrible coffee, it tasted like water with tea, not coffee. Coffee is important! Train your staff to be friendly and helpful when asked questions. Restaurant wasn’t even 10% full, so lots of time to help customers and make good coffee.

Great staff and room was clean and good shape

The room was good but the staff were very helpful. We had some additional needs that they went above and beyond helping keep us comfortable.

Hotel service was very accommodating. We got in late the night before and our son wanted to run around since he was in a vehicle for 5 hours. This disturbed the guests under us and we asked for a bottom floor so he can still run around, front desk obliged. Would also like to mention that the pool water was a great temperature. Usually we find hotel pools with the water being much colder. If i had anything negative to say it is that the heater in out new room needs to he serviced, it had a loud squeal throughout the night.

Hotel was clean, room was clean. Pool is kinda grungy. Hot tub was good. Pillows are too big. 3 of us in the room, tiny bottle shampoo and conditioner which wouldn’t even clean 1 persons hair. Checking in, he was very quiet. Checking out she was ok but attitude changed a bit when she noticed 3rd party booking. Breakfast was ok but not a great variety. Coffee was great
