En general estuvo bien, algo viejo el hotel. No salió agua caliente de la regadera en nuestro cuarto pero en otros cuartos si.

I always enjoy staying in Sheraton Soberano is past it’s prime but still good.

Bonita propiedad con buen servicio y alrededores. Hoteles que te hacen sentir muy cómodo.

Es un hotel muy viejo, la conexión a Internet era muy mala, en todos los pisos, como estaba a cupo máximo el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien y el lavabo nos tocó rotó, le hacen falta varias remodelaciones y contratar más personal en fin de semana.

El desayuno y comida delicioso todo. Muy rica la comida

El menú variado convienen por qué en mi caso tuve desayuno completo y happy hour!!! Excelente servicio ✌️✌️✌️✌️

This hotel was probably the most amazing hotel about 20 years ago. While the hotel it self is beautiful, so many things are falling apart. I’ll start with I would absolutely come back. There are just things that need to be addressed. The pool furniture needs to be completely replaced.. no stretch anymore in the lounging chairs you fall right onto the metal poles. The covered seating has warped wood so no longer flat and hard to sit on. The shower head in our room was nearly broken, water spewed everywhere and nearly flooded the bathroom for every shower. No canned lights in the room and it’s somewhat dark in the room. Only had lamps but that broke and had to be taken for replacement on day 2. I had to walk to front desk for replacement phone because it was broken too. Honestly this hotel has so much potential. I heard from other travelers in our group that stayed elsewhere and this appeared to be the best option, but it really needs some updates. I would come back but would hope hotel would address things that are falling apart.

Buenas y amplias instalaciones, personal deja micho que desear pero en si considero que es la personalidad de la ciudad, por el precio pueden mejorar en muchos aspectos de amenidades y servicios.

They have 1-2 wedding's per day, a lot of noise, one can not sleep well…

Putroppo la colazione inizia alle 7:00 e per i viaggi di lavoro e' un orario troppo tardi. La camera bella e spaziosa, bagno grande con doccia e vasca. Molto gradite le 3 bottiglie di acqua ogni giorno.

Muy decaído el hotel

Hotel needs maintenance and paint (carpet! Furniture, doors, walls, bathrooms, tile) A shame that such a nice building is left neglected to the passage of time. Plus is not cheap. Was expecting it would be better kept

Me cobraron la reservación y no tenían habitaciones disponibles

Bueno el servicio, nomás las habitaciones sin refrigerador para mantener las bebidas frías y el internet no funciona.

La habitación esta mas barata directamente en el hotel… Aqui fue una estafa

Es un buen lugar para descansar.

La habitación se encontró limpia, solo ya se nota la antigüedad de los acabados

Nos quedamos en quinto piso y el desayuno se sirve en ese mismo piso lo o en el del lobby. Nosotros desayunamos muy a gusto en el quinto piso de manera privada y muy rico
