Overall really nice place and the staff are great! They brought me my key when the room was ready out to their lovely beer garden🍻👍👍

Schönes Hotel, Zimmer ein bisschen klein

Room was too noisy to sleep in. Staff tried to silence the noise - offered us earplugs! Next morning they denied that there had been an issue with room 36. They were patronising explaining about hotels as if I would not normally be able to stay in one. Our family staying in room 8 had to ask for it to be cleaned as it was thick with dust.

Excellent stay

Great hotel, aside from the double bed being the smallest double bed I’ve ever seen it was a brilliant stay with very clean and tidy well maintained facilities. The bar is keenly priced, no complaints

A little bit disappointed this time with the room we were allocated, having had many perfect stays previously. There were a couple of plumbing issues which the hotel was attempting to get sorted out, but an absence of hot water in our bathroom basin was not ideal. We will definitely steer clear of that room on future visits!

Single room.I called it the tiny room with the tiny bed but it was perfect for one.The shower was unexpectedly big and bathroom spotless.Space to hang clothes.Tv.Blackout blindes. The bar was fun.Locals very friendly and helpful.

The staff were just wonderful and friendly. Felt like we were coming home every night. The fish in the dining room was fantastic.

Booked a Superior room and was shocked to find that it had no windows. Only natural light was from a Velux roof window. On checking out was told that only 2 or 3 rooms have normal windows all the others have a Velux in the roof. If this had been stated on their website I would only have booked if guaranteed a room with windows.

This hotel is a hidden gem . All the staff are excellent. Great stay as always.

The hotel was comfortable enough but room was cold and never got warm enough to be really comfortable. The bathroom again was cold with only a towel warmer to keep it warm. Cold floors and the shower was not at all adequate. Good onsite restaurant and lovely breakfast. Staff also were great and very helpful.

Check in could be much slicker. Full size kettle in room - not required and awkward to use. No usb point beside bed.
