The staff are very professional and polite. Attended to every need.

Very convenient location.. Very neat and clean the only regret is there is no centrally heating system that made the room cold and uncomfortable.

I have been paid to Expedia but I was asked to pay by credit card at checkout. Please improve when you next stay.

We travelled from Australia for the cricket Test match in Ranchi and were very pleased with the comfort and service level of this hotel. The only down-side we experienced was the daily 5:00am wake-up call of the prayer noise that bellowed out of a religious temple next door to the hotel. Overall, the hotel is also more likely to suit businessmen, etc. as opposed to families but it is still very comfortable and has all amenities required for a great stay. Food in both bars/restaurants also very nice.
