Buen sitio, solo que no hay un area de coworking y las personas encargadas de las salas de reuniones no son amables.

Looks better from Outside. We stayed for a night but when we arrived at the room. The light wasn’t working, the light bulb was broken and looks like for days and hasn’t been fixed, the tv signal was bad and they don’t have smart tv so you can log in into Netflix, Apple TV ,etc. I was Looking forward for the steam rooms waiting for eucalyptus smell but just smell like beans , not very pleasant smell. Also pool eve if was nice was full of flies.

Tive uma ótima experiência durante minha estadia. O hotel oferece uma excelente estrutura, com quartos confortáveis, bem limpos e organizados. A localização é estratégica, facilitando o acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e comércios da região. O atendimento da equipe foi outro ponto forte — todos foram muito atenciosos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar no que fosse necessário. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boas opções e alimentos frescos. A área comum do hotel é bem cuidada, ideal para relaxar após um dia de passeios ou compromissos. Me senti seguro e acolhido durante toda a estadia. Sem dúvidas, recomendo o hotel e voltaria a me hospedar novamente!

Hotel excelente en general , habitaciones confortables, amplias, excelente lencería, atención del personal muy buena, el desayuno tipo buffet pero le falta un poco más de variedad por lo menos diaria

Excelente opción en pozos colorados para descansar sin pagar mucho

Sería bueno capacitar al persona del restaurante y bar en cuanto a la importancia de satisfacer las necesidades el cliente

Mercure Santa Marta is a nice hotel located in Bello Horizonte, very close to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. There are many dining options around and you can go to any place in Santa Marta from there

Only two elevators available for a property of its size and only one elevator was available because the other one was under Maintenance all weekend . Architects didn't think more elevators were needed?

The location is very convenient because it is very close to the beach. The building is well kept and cleaned. The staff is very polite, eager to help and also very friendly. What i did not like was that the shower glass door was dirty at the bottom.
