Very clean! Friendly staff!

Convenient location just outside of the city. Breakfast was average. Pool was small and had limited hours (but from the sign on the front desk warning of no pool parties or you will be removed I’m assuming they have had issues in the past). Not much nearby/within walking distance but that didn’t bother us since we were visiting to be on the go exploring the city. Overall was decent but nothing exceptional (we got what we expected/paid for).

It was very nice and clean. The staff was nice.

Clean and comfortable room. Conveniently located near downtown and no parking fees. Good breakfast, great customer service. Pool area was nice but the pool itself is a bit small. Other than that, we had a great stay and would stay here again if in the area.

Our stay was really great! Aside from a few mishaps on the elevators that needed cleaning, and the noise we could hear outside the room and above us, everything was pretty good.

The staff was great and very responsive. However, the property was run down. Furniture banged up and upholstery had cigarette burns. The first room smelled like perfume used to cover up the smell of smoke. 2nd room was fine. Nothing around the hotel and it is located on a very busy road.

Pool closed too early. No where to sit for breakfast. All seats were taken.

Must have the exact match on is with reservation. Our hotel.com is in my husbands name so I couldn’t check in with out him. Same last name and address with my phone number. Didn’t matter! Never had that happen before

Very clean

Although the indoor pool was a bit small, it was quite warm! The room was clean, but smelled a little funny. The breakfast was mediocre. The kids liked the waffles. The coffee was not good. It tasted like instant coffee. The staff was helpful!
